@Rannoch @Leo here we go! Backdated a few days!

By the time she managed to get him to the borders she was struggling not to collapse and had to lay down and catch her breath. She then nudged at the male, gently at first and then more firm. "Sir...Sir, please wake up." she spoke urgently into his ear before calling for Rannoch. She couldn't just up and drag him into her den without Rannoch giving the okay, especially since she barely knew a thing about him.
The urgency in Hyacinth's voice prompted Rannoch to abandon his investigation of a heap of aged scat. He raced across the spire, anxiety driving his every step—what new calamity would he discover today?

Rannoch could hardly believe the scene that welcomed him. A cream-furred (and obviously wolf-like) body laid at Hyacinth's paws. Although there wasn't any blood, Rannoch could tell that there was something was wrong. "Hyacinth!" Rannoch panted as he jogged towards the two wolves. "What happened?" he pressed once he had stopped before them.

As he caught his breath, Rannoch realized that Easthollow's scent radiated from the unconscious man. Although his concern grew exponentially, he remained mum for now. He'd allow Hyacinth to explain what had happened first.
She was extremely relieved when Rannoch showed up in good time, looking down at the man at her paws before asking what had happened. She kept nudging at the pale furred male in the hopes that he would wake up before she had to drag him inside. It would be much easier to help him walk then to drag him any more than she already had. "I was exploring areas nearby and found an underground cave of sorts. He was inside, apparently ate something bad. I gave him herbs to make him puke and they seem to have worked but...he's passed out. Has been for a while. I..dragged him back myself" she explained and then gave Rannoch a pleading look. "He smells like Easthollow, they're our allies right? We can't just abandon him. I'll take responsibility for him, get him better and stuff." she said pleading with him. By stuff she meant providing food but she could barely do that for herself.
For a moment, it appeared as though Hyacinth's report had entered one ear and left the other; Rannoch's expression was lacking. But, as he slowly began to comprehend the events that had transpired, he appeared to understand. "Yes, Easthollow is one of our allies," he replied with a glance in the direction of the unconscious man. "And I appreciate your effort to save him. Your actions will not go unrecognized," he added.

"Do you want me to help you get him back to your den?" Rannoch asked—he was more than willing to help.
sorry for the wait!

the muffled sounds of voices bought consciousness back into him. his nostrils flared and his sides rose and fell rapidly. the conversation was barely audiable at first but became more clear once his senses adjusted. one voice, no, two. both of which were unfamiliar to him.

leo’s eyes slowly peeled open. the harsh lighting warranted a sharp whimper. he looked up to see two figures looming over him. one was familiar, the other was not. he grew anxious. everything told him to run but he was too dazed to do so. “where am i?” he asked softly as he weakly lifted his head.
She felt a trickle of fear that the sick man would be turned away when Rannoch remained silent, expression lacking understanding. Then he spoke and thanked her and she breathed a sigh of relief. Just as she was about to answer and accept the offer for help, she heard the whimper and looked down to see the man waking up. She gasped and crouched down "You're at Sunspire. We're allied with Easthollow, you are safe here, I promise" she said softly, her tone soothing. "You ate something poisonous sir, you could have died. I saved you. I need to keep an eye on you, i don't think all the poison left your system." she explained what happened to him and then looked to Rannoch to see if there was anything he wanted to add.
Leo stirred promptly after Rannoch had offered his assistance. Instinct led, the man drew a step backward and kept his eyes on the slowly-animated man. As Hyacinth explained the situation, Rannoch nodded at the appropriate times; he didn't want to cause any alarm.

"We want to make sure you're better, and then we'll help you home," Rannoch added. "Valette is a good friend of mine and you are in the very capable paws of Hyacinth; everything's going to be okay."
Since Alex is away, I'm going to assume its okay to pp Rannoch and Hyacinth getting him to her den? Chan, you can just pp in your next post having Ranny aid her to the den and then heading off if you want!

Hyacinth gave an innocent wide eyed look of surprised happiness when Rannoch said she was a good medic, telling Leo she was perfectly capable. She'd been thinking she was failing Sunspire as a medic so far, but apparently not. Seeming to be more peppy and confident now, she nodded her agreement to what Rannoch said. "I'll get you fixed up in no time, I promise. Then we'll help you back to Easthollow. Come now, let's go get you comfortable" she said and helped him up. As he leaned on her she visibly stumbled a bit, her exhaustion apparent. She looked to Rannoch with silent request for help.
While Hyacinth instructed Leo to stand, Rannoch moved so that they could sandwich him. Once the wolf from Easthollow was relatively stable, Rannoch followed the Caretaker's lead and helped deliver Leo to the medicine den.

Once Sunspire's guest was comfortable in the den, and he was assured that his assistance was no longer needed, Rannoch took his leave; he was confident Hyacinth had the situation handled.
