He goes into immense, murderous rages when provoked, once killing his mother for having an affair. He has a disregard for chivalry in battle, though he can be courteous towards others. His fighting style is focused on speed and cunning. He has a sharp mind, especially when it comes to strategy, and he can easily outwit wolves who are bigger and stronger than him.
Biography
Born the bastard child of the King Arthur and his half-sister, Mordred was prophesized to kill his father from the moment he was born. In an attempt to escape fate, the King ordered him, as well as other pups born at the same time, to be tossed in the sea. Mordred somehow survived and was reluctantly adopted by his mother-aunt's husband, the King of Orkney, the kingdom bordering King Arthur's domain Albion. Constantly and savagely bullied by his half-brothers, as well as the other citizens of Orkney, Mordred was relieved to be sent off to knight training in Camelot, the main home of King Arthur, hoping to be recognized as prince by his father-uncle. As he was ignored and purposefully set aside by his father-uncle, his contempt for the King grew, and bloomed into rage when his eldest half brother was named heir of the kingdom instead. When he came home, he discovered his mother was sleeping with a young squire, he killed them both. Feeling betrayed by both his father and mother, he sought out to get revenge on his father by making it seem like Arthur's wife was having an affair with Arthur's most loyal knight. Both the queen and the knight scandalized, they fled, with Arthur in their wake, leaving Mordred to take over. Upon realizing the truth, Arthur forgave his friend and returned to Camelot to confront his son-nephew, gathering those still loyal to him. Mordred met his father with his own army and they fought for the throne, a bloody battle. Finally, Mordred met with his father and slew him, not before suffering grievous wounds that rendered him unconscious. Thought dead, his body was thrown into sea, left to float eternally.
