Zhavvi was born in a family where she was supposed to be loved and have a the most wonderful childhood. But after birth news traveled fast about Rakharo's litter. Her grandfather, infuriated by Rakharo's success as Khal, had her mother and siblings killed. Only Zhavvi survived Drojharko's madness, due to the sheer luck that her brown and black furred body matched with her mother's tail. When Drojharko attacked Zhalia she barely missed falling on top of Zhavvi herself. The newborn did what was instinctively natural to her, to crawl closer to her mother and then comfortably nap after having her tummy full with milk.

Zhavvi was found when she started to cry for milk and warmth. The Khal's daughter grew up with the milk from her father's female coyote slaves. She doesn't know what it is like to have a mother, the concept of having a female version of her dad is foreign to her. The Khal's daughter only knows about having slaves doing things for her. Zhavvi feels as if she is constantly living in her father's shadow. She can never prove herself as a true warrior because her father is constantly there to protect her. Currently, the young female is starting to become more of an adult and it is getting more on her nerves. Even following her father to these new lands was not something she didn't do willingly, but thanks to her uncle Lavakho, Zhavvi was told to follow.

Rakharo's daughter was never told about what happened or what her father was protecting her from. The name Drojharko is one she never heard before. She suspects her father is hiding some of the truth from her and Zhavvi is making sure that she will find out what her family is hiding from her.

After being kicked out from the Khalas after publicly disobeying her father and Khal of the pack, she wandered shortly, joining the first pack she came across in need to survive. After being released from her 'leash' Zhavvi turned a but more civil. She is very pleased with her new alpha 'Alphas Fitz' and sees herself as his bodyguard. She would protect him at all cost since he allows her to be herself and even go and explore.

After Zhavvi finds out that her former family and home has left Teekon, the female panics that her name has no meaning anymore. Her father disowned her and all the wolves that used to speak her language are gone. While she is with FitzDutiful they decide a new name for her. In the end they settle on 'Zaria'. It means Blossom in Arabic. This name sounds a bit like her former name, and the fact that cherry blossom is poisonous for wolves Zhavvi likes it a lot. She is into poisons after all. After that day she only listens to the name Zaria.

After becoming Fitz mate Zaria showed a calmer nature, and less ferocity. Her mate has an affect on her and she slowly starts to settle down more as the alpha of the pack. Still Zaria wouldn't be Zaria if she had some tricks up her sleeve. She starts working on her Toxicology specialization to go along with her Mercenary Trade.
