Chandra makes for an average looking wolf, with a physique neither overly brawny nor noticeably slender nor curvy. She is slightly stockier than her mother, taking after her father, but is approximately the same height as Chena. She moves very fluidly and usually walks briskly in known territory; much more hesitant in unknown territory. One would notice that her eyes are scarred, and never open.

Personality
Chandra is intelligent, diplomatic, and logical, keenly like her mother in that regard, though she bears Leviathan's quick temper at times. She does not answer questions about her blindness, and sometimes may come off coldly if it is addressed. She can sometimes be defiant. Has a fear of eagles and eagle-like birds, identified by their cries.
Biography
Chandra was born alongside Chakra and Dhani Ostrega to Leviathan Ostrega and Chena Jlyha-Phase. Her first two months of life went by like any puppy's, but then everything changed.
Chandra was caught unawares by an eagle when she wandered unsupervised from the den, and in an attempt to snatch her up, it raked her eyes with its talons, destroying them and rendering her blind for the rest of her life. Before the eagle could do more damage, Chena ripped it limb from limb, but could not save Chandra from the horror of losing her sight.<br/>She had to relearn how to live as a blind wolf, and occasionally stills struggles. Chandra has a very vivid memory of her last minutes of sight, but was too young to know the names of the things and colours she saw. She is plagued by nightmares of eagles, and despises anything eagle or eagle-like.
