Asbjørn, being a Mexican Wolf, is naturally much smaller than most wolves, with his lankiness accentuating this. He walks on spindly legs, with satellite-like ears that he hasn't quite grown into yet. His disproportionate body makes him appear awkward and somewhat ungraceful, and he certainly knows this. His name would denote that he is mighty and powerful - a god and a bear, a brawny hero in the body of the wolf, but instead he has grown up a gangly and scrawny canine.

Tufts of fur, often knotted and unkempt, give Asbjørn the appearance of being younger than he is. His coat is a shade of silvery brown, with a flecks of darker chocolate speckling his body. A dirty white splash of fur makes up some of his feet and face. Asbjørn has a pair of dazzling navy blue eyes, which seem to shimmer with mysteriousness.
