Loa is a Shikoku; a Japanese breed looking somewhat like a cross between a shiba inu and a wolf. She is a show-dog, a prime example of her breed, with a fairly proportioned figure and a host of markings typical to her breed. Painted in hues of cinnamon, chocolate and umber, her fur is close-cropped and thick, though not especially efficient at keeping out the cold. Her optics consist of a deep hazelnut, slanted and filled with expression. She bears an ivory mask and facial markings, as well as a cream underbelly and ivory limbs. around her neck hangs a collar of chain, her last souvenir from her past life.

Tough as nails, full of life, and lacking much of a filter, Loa meets life head on. Bold, perhaps a little too much, she can hardly say no to a challenge of any sort. Thinks the Wilds to be pretty awesome...of course, if it weren't for the snow. and the cold. and the starving, and the rather imposing challenge of surviving.
Biography
Loa really shouldn't be here. She should be in her kennel, preparing for another show, in the warmth, her coat flawless and her stomach full. She really, really shouldn't be here; cold, starving, and her short coat in complete disarray. A door left open in the night and latch not quite closed had her outside, and the woman loved the outside. Yet not quite this much outside, for after far too long spent wandering, she finds herself here, as far as possible from those that had provided her comfort as possible. But it's certainly better than a mundane life spent as a show dog...is it?
