Appearance
At first glance, Adrastos is quite intimidating with scars criss-crossing his muzzle, ears torn and half of one missing. Clear, silvery blue eyes stare out from his scarred face. He's not the largest wolf out there, but he is all compact muscle and hardened sinew. He has a thick, long ruff along the back of his neck-almost like a mane, really.

Personality
Adrastos comes from a place of bitterness. In his younger years, he did many things in the name of his pack and tyrant of a leader, that he is not proud of now.
He is a bit of a cynic, believing most are motivated by selfishness and their own personal means. For a very long time, he was a good soldier, only doing what he was told and not really thinking much past that.
Now, having been a loner for the better part of three years, he has broken through most of that conditioning. His outlook on life is still a bit bleak, but improving by the day. At heart, Adrastos is a good wolf. He comes across and gruff and uncaring, but underneath that tough exterior, he just wants to be loved.

Biography
Adrastos was born into a very militaristic pack of Rizduruk. No one was allowed to procreate unless it was in benefit to the pack. He was born out of need, not love, when members were dwindling due to death in battle.
At a young age he was taken for military training and rose through the ranks quickly. He became second in command and therefore made sure all the dirty work was carried out.
Adrastos was always fair to those he commanded and had quite a loyal following. He could have overthrown their crazy leader, but the thought never crossed his mind. He was bred for brawn, not brains. That is not to say that he isn't smart, just not cunning.
After several all out wars with various packs, Adrastos decided to "retire." As second command to the most ruthless and albeit. insane leader, one does not simply disappear. Adrastos, with the help of those loyal to him, faked his own death and left. He has been wandering since, surviving alone and avoiding others as much as possible.
Now, older, wiser and wearier, this tough guy is ready for the security and family of a pack again.
