Inasyah lived with his biological pack for the first year of his life. Food was scarce in his parent's territory, but he was almost always happy. Although he was quiet even back then, he had friends and his siblings Ishnak and Ileana as his constant companions, and he always felt as though he belonged. Upon reaching adulthood, Inasyah was betrothed to his best friend from another pack to merge the two families and solve their food issue. Although his best friend's feelings for him were unrequited, he was happy that he was marrying her, and not a she-wolf he didn't know.. Unfortunately, a heir from another tribe challenged him to a fight to the death for his friend's hand (and the right to her family's access to food). Knowing he'd die, Inasyah fled the territory the night before, and has wandered alone since then, wallowing in his guilt.
