Ypres has penetrating ice blue eyes that pierce through your soul upon looking at her. It may appear intimidating at first; until closely observed. She is rather short and stocky for her breed and is smaller than the other wolves of her pack. Despite her stocky build, she bares masculine appearance from afar.

Appearance
With piercing ice blue eyes against the flame point cream coloration of her pelt, Ypres is a stocky muscular wolf. Her paws are rather large, but her legs are well built and for speed. Her ears are perfectly shaped and her face is well formed; but appears masculine from afar due to her stocky build.
Personality
Despite being probably the shortest and stockiest wolf of the pack, Ypres makes up for it with huge attitude. She likes to challenge authority with a swift lip and bark, and of course at times it gets physical. However she does know her place within the pack, and if she does not like something she always feels free to speak her mind. She is highly opinionated, open minded, stubborn, bull-headed, and downright nitty gritty when need be. Not many wolves like her blunt honesty, but truth is far more powerful than deceit and lies, as Ypres may come across as a rough go getter; in which she really is, as she does not take crap from anyone; even if its her own Alpha! She stands up for what she believes in if she feels right about it and she tends to have major trust issues, and will question anything new; especially a new wolf. She does not like interlopers and is often found intimidating them by chasing them off, or appearing ''tough'' from afar. She is a smart girl, and can usually read into someone from a distance, and can easily tell if someone is off or friendly.
Ypres has a deep inner darkness that she seemed to have tucked away someplace long ago. Since the first taste of blood by killing her brother, she had secretively pined for more. She often has dark thoughts where she'd love to rip the face off of another wolf and watch them bleed to death. A desire to hammer one's skull with her fangs and let them slowly suffer to death. Ypres's hunger and need for violence is a demon that is rarely summoned, but it does survive in the back of her mind.
With her trust issues, she does not really like other wolves all too much. She tends to be flighty at times upon joining a pack due to fear of commitment and the fact that she is potentially dangerous. Ypres does not dream, she had nightmares, and night terrors as if an entity thrives inside her.
She is bold, daring, and care less what happens to her only due to the fact that she feels that she has nothing to offer anyone anymore. She has become lost within herself over the past year and does not trust a soul. Even if the other is kind to her, she's still weary. Other's at times tend to follow her footsteps when she takes over in the care of others, and slowly turns them into monsters.
However the other side of her is caring, giving, and nurturing, once she is your friend, you have her for life. Once you betray her, she's the most pestiferous nemesis you'd ever have; as you'd either need to kill her to get rid of her or run and run as far as possible. Ypres is the type to make powerful allies whether she trusts them or not is a stake she's willing to take. Either it be a strong wolf pack, a cougar, or a bear she's always willing to please anyone who's got her back.

Biography
Ypres has always been a traveler. Wandering from place to place, and pack to pack seeking out where she belongs. She often felt misunderstood because of her blunt honesty and would run after a certain amount of time has passed if she didn't feel quite at home. Ypres has become quite the drifter in her short lifespan.

Born as a pack pup, her parents were the Alpha pair of the pack. She was treated with high regard growing into a yearling, but her siblings would pester her, and torment her into rage. Upon a hunting trip as a yearling, one of her higher ranked siblings angered her to the last point of tolerance, and Ypres killed her brother in a scuffle. An accidental death by her fangs hitting the right region of his neck forced her to be exiled and banned from the pack. Barely knowing how to survive on her own, she only knew how to hunt small game, and barely survived on that alone. She would wander the outskirts of her birth pack silently observing them thriving until the entire pack chased her further out towards a neighboring pack. Luckily the Alpha male of the neighboring pack seized her by accepting her into his family and dubbing her as a Scout. With her first real rank, she wore it like a badge and was proud of it. She would go on daily patrols and at times would sneak off to go back to her birth pack borders to spy. She grew more experience with this, as The Lead Scout taught her how to work with the wind, and not against it; that way her scent would not be trailed. She utilized this new trait to her advantage and gained further information about her birth pack, in which she learned that her father died when she was a year and half. Ypres decided to make her move to challenge her mother for the Alphess rank as she yearned to go back home. She almost won the fight until her siblings jumped in, and she was ganged up on. Luckily being as short and stocky as she ism she escaped the battle; bruised, and broken, but still alive. Upon returning to her new pack her Alpha demoted her to Omega for her retaliative behavior. Once healed she challenged him to a physical fight which actually lasted quite awhile, and a new knowledge of Ypres now knowing she was stronger and a lot tougher than she assumed she was. Despite gaining a good fight with him, he banished her and chased her from his lands. A good fight like that should have earned her at least the Guardian position; well, in her mind. She took her leave not looking back, not even to her birth pack. Being with the pack for quite some time, she upgraded her hunting skills, but it was hard taking down bigger prey once solo. So she survived on hare, and other small game for the time being. She moved in on another pack far from her birth land. The area was foreign to her as the trees seemed different, and so where the wolves. She got along fairly for the first few months, but decided to hit the road herself when things were not going her way, or feeling that others disliked her for her sharp remarks and distrust for others. Ypres wasn't solo for long as she took up residence with another pack where she gained a trusted rank within the pack, until a plague claimed a few lives; then she took her leave after 6 months of bliss. At the age of almost 3 now, she moved in on another pack several miles away. However; she was unranked for the longest time and decided to take her leave when she didn't see any promised progression. Now at the age of 3 and a half, she is seeking a new place to call home.
