Born in the heart of winter, Kahlua survived her sister and was with her mother only a short time before death by a hunter left the pup completely alone at just four months old. At that young age, hunting was a hard task to overcome but she eventually was able to take down rabbits, squirrels and other small animals. She accredits her obtained speed and agility to her small, quick prey that has kept her alive on her own. Her long legs have carried her further through the Appalachians and to the West coast. Having found sanctuary in the Sunspire Mountains, Kahlua hopes not only to survive with the pack but relish her time with the other wolves.
