Born to a marsh-dwelling pack known as Cygnini, he was raised normally and lovingly, despite his lack of speech. As the years went by he grew into a strong and powerful wolf, reaching high ranks and almost becoming Beta. One winter, when he went hunting, he happened upon a pup in the snow. He took the young wolf back to the pack where she was nursed for until she returned to full strength. The wolf, named Olivia, though she called herself Ollie, told them of a gang of wolves in her home that were slowly approaching, hoping to gain power and land. Despite preparations for the oncoming attack, his pack was destroyed, and he took Ollie and fled from the land, searching for a new place to settle down.
