They call you cry baby - Sen - May 17, 2016

Forward dated to tomorrow (May 18th). Welcome to the world! No posting order for the puppies since, well, puppies do whatever tf they want. If someone from the pack wants to try getting close, you're more the welcome to after both babes have posted, but you won't be greeted very happily, lmao.

After her return to the territory, Sen had taken to spending a great deal of her time in or around the den she'd claimed as her own; whether or not it had originally belonged to another individual, she wasn't aware, nor could she bring herself to really care, for that matter. She'd known her due date was inching closer, and her suspicions were proved correct when she was woken by a sharp pain in her abdomen. It'd caused her to practically jump up, having at first registered the feeling as an attack being made on her body, until it'd been realized that it was coming from within her. After that, she'd needed little more prompting and had retired to the confines of her personal sleeping quarters, already considering where she might take up residence after it'd been bathed in the stench of birth. Yet, she was not given a quick labour, and was thereby forced to remain within there for far longer than originally expected. Contractions racked her body all the while, teeth gritting together while her nails were dug into the soft earth. It wasn't going to end, she was sure of it. This was her punishment for having decided they'd be given no chance to live, that she would be forced then to live an eternity of suffering—and just as that thought entered her mind, she'd felt it.

The little bastards had finally decided that they no longer wished to fight the inevitable, and from the serpent there came the first little blob of... what the fuck is that? She'd spent a moment looking it over before instincts drove her to rip the sack away, revealing a tiny black face that would eventually bear the name of @Sao. As the beast mewled, Sen considered ending it's life right then and there, but was stopped by the fact that it was a female. Had it been a male, the task would have been far easier, but the lack of a penis made her reconsider her decision. And so the woman began licking the child clean, careful to leave naught a single inch of her petite form untouched. It was then that another wave of pain hit her, and the child was pushed closer to her stomach in the hopes that it knew what to do, because she sure as hell didn't. The pain peaked once more, but ended far quicker this time around as another creature was ejected from her womb. The sack was pulled away quicker this time, revealing to her another dark face that would come to be known as @Chusi. Like the first, the child was female, and so she was cleansed of the leftover birth and scooted closer to Sen's stomach, being prodded repeated until her body was near to the other's. Finally, she was certain she was done, but was smacked back into reality by another contraction.

Like the first, the third was reluctant to leave, but was eventually forced out. When Sen removed from it the same sack the previous two had been trapped in, she was met not with one tawny face, but two. It, too, was a female, but it wasn't right. She'd blamed Depp right away for having passed onto her children bad genes, for from her a diprosopus had been brought into the world. It was not dead upon birth, however, for she'd heard it's cries and cringed as she observed how it moved. Only one mouth opened and closed, and the eye—that shared eye—was already opened and unblinking. To the healthy children she had looked, then, before directing her attention back to the whining nightmare. It was without so much as a second thought that her head darted towards it, jaws parted so that she could snatch the creature up. Then, she'd turned the baby into a meal, pausing once the screeches had stopped, but then continuing until nothing else was left. From her and the other two it had stolen vital nutrients, and so it was only fair that it then return that energy to Sen. As she'd finished it off, it was noticed how the pain had dulled considerably, and this time she knew no more would be born. So it was to the twins that she'd then looked, curling around them the best she could to ensure they did not grow cold. Though Depp had since left them all, and had not even come close to locating her during the birth, she did not take from her daughter's their lives.

RE: They call you cry baby - Chusi - May 17, 2016

The dark blob had grown tired of the floating around in wherever she was, and was desperate to leave this place immediately. In a sack of blubber and ewwie things that was actually quite comfortable and warm, she followed her sibling out of the creature where they have spent their first cellgrowings. She came in a world of darkness, of cold, of wet and all things that were ewwie. She didn't move, stayed practically still a few moments after being out of that damp hole of ewwie, shocked by the fact that here everything was solid.

For the first few moments of her life, she couldn't breath, and in a desperate attempt to breath, she started wiggling, moving, as if to say to whatever had birthed her; HEY, I'M ALIVE, A LITTLE AIR WOULD BE NICE. As if the gods had heard her, she was released from the sack surrounding her tiny blobby body by a soft, wet thing and warm thingymedingys. As soon as she could breath, she started squirming, screeching, crying. It was cold here, if she even knew what that was. All she could say, it wasn't pleasant at all. The ewwie things were gone, but now she wished for them to come back, terrified of the thingymedingy that was cleaning her. I WANT BACK IN, LET ME BACK IN! She wanted to shout, but all that came was more crying as she got shoved to a warmer place.

Something inside her told her to open her mouth and suck, while this was no porn. She listened to the feeling in her gut, nibbling on the thingy of the thingymedingys, and was rewarded by a nice, warm liquid. She babbled in delight and forgot about her ewwie place in the thingymedingy. She barely noticed she wasn't alone as the liquid filled her to the brim, and with a loud babble noise, she let go. She found enjoyment in the thing that gave her the sweet liquid, and with the thing still in her mouth, she drifted away with babble noises into more darkness.

RE: They call you cry baby - Qilaq - May 17, 2016

There’s a point where nothing becomes something and it is unfortunate that, from this point forward, Sao would never remember it. There’s a dark nothing and then, some indistinguishable time later, becomes a dark something. All ties she has to nothing is gone and there’s a whole new series of emotions the tiny little blob feels all at once. Cold, hunger, fear. Her eyes, sewn shut by nature, still manages to the mimicked motion of a blink, and she feels thrown forth and suddenly showered with a whole new wave of feelings.

Sen’s tongue against her back lifts her head and she whines. It’s the first thing she figures out how to do. Her stumpy little legs wiggle but it doesn’t stop their efforts, though the end result isn’t quite what her brain is going for. Frustration in each new wave, she settles on the one thing she knows how to do well: screaming.

The bath ends abruptly and she’s shoved forward, her screaming still vocalizing from her tiny, underdeveloped throat. Any attention she had his gone and she twists her bobble-head until she finds what her body had driven her to find. Sao latches on, then, as her body takes over and satisfies the biggest problem she has to face.

They were noisy. Very, very noisy.

It had taken them each a moment to clasp on, and in those moments Sen had felt as if her ears might begin to bleed. The babbling, the whining, and, worst of all, the screaming. They didn't even compare to the screeches that had left her dinner's mouth, but those noises had been brief before being silenced. The survivors were not so quick to be quieted, and thus their mother was forced to listen to them until they'd discovered that, hey, there were teats nearby! It had felt strange once they'd latched on, but she'd take it over their crying any day. She knew not how they'd managed to even make so much noise so soon after having been born, for she was tired and had expected the same to be the case for them. Surely being pushed out of someone was tiring...? Well, she thought so, at least. Eventually, she'd noticed that one had fallen asleep, and she took then the opportunity to really look them over.

Two little girls, each with coats as dark as her own—save for the newly-appointed youngest, whose small body held some lighter shades to it. She liked to think that they were more like her than they were Depp, since no longer were they his. She'd chosen to let them live, and so those lives belonged now to her, and she'd keep the pirate away if ever he were to return. With motherhood, though, there came responsibilities that she knew not if she was even prepared for. The first one being, of course, to give the children their names. The titles by which they'd be forever known as, two combinations of letters that would come to define them. Thus, it was to the firstborn that she'd looked, observing as the child worked towards drinking her fill. No names had been considered or spoken of due to her having been certain that she'd kill them all upon birth, and so the woman was left without so much as a clue as to what they might be called. Their surnames had already been decided—Gorgon—for each girl born from a Gorgon woman was bestowed with the family's name. It was as close to a tradition as her family had, and so she would not be the one to break it. When choosing one's given name, however, she had nothing to go off of.

The longer her gaze remained on the small child, the quicker the gears began to turn. Suddenly, a name had come to mind, and she'd chosen it for her firstborn without any further consideration. "Sao," the woman had muttered, repeating in then several times as if to try and hammer it into the girl's head. To the other her attention had been given soon after, the process then being repeated. "Chusi," she'd said, the name being spoken several times over. While she knew that they did not yet have the capacity to recognize their titles or really respond to them, that did not prevent her from making a point, at least, of trying. "You two are both lucky to be alive right now." Such affectionate words. Thereafter, Sen lowered her head back down over her forelimbs, glancing to the children every now and again, but keeping a closer eye on the den's entrance. Sleep tugged at her eyelids, but for the time being, she'd swatted it away and kept herself conscious, feeling the need to watch out for the newborns.

RE: They call you cry baby - Chusi - May 18, 2016

The peaceful sleep of the blob that was named Chusi was not for long though, since after everything was settled in the solid den she was in now, she awoke again. She started wiggling her little bum, actually trying to stand, but it was impossible. It was as quiet as it was dark here, and she only felt the soft breathing of the thingymedingy that she was beginning to like. Not only provided the thingymedingy the warm liquid, it also produced heat and warmth as well as a comforting rhythm of the solid things.

Beside her, she could feel another thing, a thing soon to be known as her sister. She didn't like that she was not alone here -if it even was someone else-, because that meant less warm liquid for her. She started crying and screeching again, unaware that this was what her sister was doing also and that the thingymedingy it also hated. She couldn't help it, for everything was so strange here. A thingymedingy that gave her warm liquid, another blob next to her, the first cold and scary floor becoming more warm the longer she laid against the thingymedingy. It made her afraid, very afraid, especially with no touching from the thingymedingy like when she was drenched with the ewwie stuff. Her crying became louder as she began wiggling once again, wanting an explanation for everything around her. She couldn't deal with this.

RE: They call you cry baby - Zephyr Maverick - May 19, 2016

Tiny cries and puppy noises drew Zephyr in from a walk, though he kept quiet and made sure to not get too close. The two little rats in his jaws suddenly not so important to him, and with a sigh he set them at the entrance of Sens whelping den. Not long did he stay close, shuffling away and only standing within a few feet till the meager food was gone. It'd taken the brute so long to catch those, and he'd been hoping to share them with Rana. However, the new mother would need them much more than he, especially if Depp wasn't around to help her.
"If you need a break someday, I can step in."
Obviously not now, but whenever she was fully sick of the screams. The ebony male wished so bad to go look now, but was sure to earn more scars if he did so.
Would be be around long enough to see these pups grow up? Or would he have been long gone by that time, ruling his own lands?

RE: They call you cry baby - Sen - May 22, 2016

Motherhood was stressful. It was awful, painful, dirty, and taxing on the mind—and she'd only been a mother for... what? A few minutes now? She was nowhere near being done with her task of raising the two children, but she was already looking forward to the end. It was a wonder her ears hadn't literally started to bleed, for the crying and screaming was ear splitting. It was to Chusi she'd looked, deeming her the culprit as the other child was felt suckling away. "Shut up," she'd commanded, knowing that they could not hear, but hoping anyways that she'd be obeyed. "Chusi, if you don't stop with your noise right now, I swear that I will smother you." Even if the girl had been able to hear, it was unlikely that she would have understood, but again, Sen was hopeful. If she were to demand it enough of times, then surely the child would listen to her. Though already was the woman planning punishments just in case, considering how long she might last without nutrients or the warmth of the den. Oh, how she really thought about it...

Pulled from her thoughts, Sen's ears pushed forward and a low growl vibrated her throat as the approach of another was heard. She'd spotted the rats placed at her den's entrance before having recognized the scent that had come along with them, for food seemed more enticing in that moment. She'd moved away from both children, then, making her way towards the entrance and picking the rodents up before returning to the farther reaches of her place of rest. They were not eaten just yet, placed instead near enough that she could reach them, and then around her daughters she'd curled her body once more. Both were nudged closer to her in the hopes that her brief disappearance might have gone unnoticed or be forgotten, for even though they were so young still, Sen was certain bribery might work.

When the voice had finally reached her, she'd glanced towards the entrance, scowling through the darkness. "Unless you can nurse them, you being around them will be a waste of time better spent doing other things," she'd returned, not even the least bit kinder after having pushed from her body several smaller wolves. "Go away now, I want to sleep." If she would be allowed to, that is. There was no telling what she would be permitted to do anymore.
