Seven Ate Nine - Seff - June 16, 2016

Seff was growing quickly. His babbles had started to become distinguished, and sometimes he almost seemed to say a word-but none, so far. His ears stood directly erect, his eyes, unchanging, still the bright blue they had been since birth. He could walk steadily, though occasioanally still stumbled at times, but he could recognize severel different words and their meanings. Also, perhaps he acted a bit like a king. Being the only pup in the pack, he was the sole reciptent of the older wolves affections, and they were everywhere. It took only a shrill cry to summon some of them, who would play with the little pup and talk to him. Today, Seff played by the entrance to the den, emitting happy shrieks every so often. A large, gnarled stick was the victim of his fierce puppy attacks, he chomped and bit at the thing without remorse.

RE: Seven Ate Nine - Skeet - June 16, 2016

The brute of a wolf made his way through the territory in a quiet aura. He was still in turmoil about the pack's religion change and all, but his main focus was to stay alive and just do what needed to be done. He would have to speak to reek sooner or later, but for now he set it back more.

he heard the small shrieks and growls of a child nearby, and decided to go and check it out. He hadn't met the mother, father, nor the kid. So why not go and see them?

the only problem was that skeet was huge and could come off as a threat. He was a man who protected others, he was not a wolf to want to harm them.

Skeet saw the small boy, rambunctious lye playing with its slave, a stick. He laughed allowed, finding the boy rather comical and decided to head over. He let out a loud, yet friendly chuff as his greet.

he looked down at seff, ears perked forward with curiosity and interest. He barked rather weakly. Settling down into a playing position and tapping the ground with his front paws.

The big wolf made sounds, sounds which the small pup understood. A chuff was hello. A little bark was friendly. And that position the other was in- that meant play! With a joyous yip, Seff dropped his stick and watched the wolf as his paws drummed the ground. With a little growl, he stalked forward, watching the paws. His tail lashed behind him, as if it had a mind of it's own, and Seff was for a moment distracted by this. He was growing, he had realized, and his tail was certainly bigger. He sprang for the paws, aiming to capture the left one with his own paws. In his eyes, the paw was a juicy hare, and Seff was very hungry. His mother had started to regurgitate meat for him, and Seff was beginning his meaning phase. He had discovered he rather liked the taste of flesh, and for a moment wondered if one could eat wolves. No, he reasoned, as wolves would eat you first.

SEFF IS SO CUTE

Seff seemed very excited to be playing with the big guns, he sprang into action towards Skeet as his tail propelled behind him. Skeet could feel tiny teeth bite into his paw, making him laugh and soon withdraw it from Seff's grasp. His entire body scooted back playfully as his fluffy plume waved behind him. Skeet quickly pushed himself up and ran to the other side of Seff, nipping ever-so-gently at his hind end and returning to his playing position.

Thanks! <3

He had it! His gummy maw closed around the paw, and he snarled fiercely. He, Seff, was a mighty hunter, the best of the best, the catcher of large paws and leaves and sticks! But his joy was short-lived, it seemed, as the paw somehow managed to wiggle free of his killer grip. He looked after it, slightly angered that his catch had gone missing, and said in a tiny voice, "Ey!"

The bigger wolf darted around him, plume lashing, and Seff felt teeth prick his rear! He gasped, spinning around and inspecting his rear a moment. When it was determined that his tail was not missing, nor his fur, he looked up at the wolf with a huge smile plastered on his face. "Ale!" he squealed, lashing his tail playfully. Glancing at the wolf, he ran a short distance away, then looked back. He gurgled happily, then ran further off. Tag!

Seff seemed unamused that his catch was taken away, giving off a small 'ey' noise. Skeet smiled widely at the kid, hoping that if he ever had his own, he could play with him or her like this. The brutish man watched the kid soon shoot off like a bullet, then turning around to look at him. His little gurgling noises caught Skeet's attention- wait, he was off again!

This was a fun game to Skeet, he hadn't played for awhile. Darting after Seff, Skeet soon tried to catch up to the kid. He was sure to go a bit slower to emphasize that Seff was fast and all, hoping to give him confidence about himself. He couldn't quite get him, though he saw the little tail propel the boy along.

Finally, Skeet closed the gap between them, bumping his nose to the small tail, then skidding to a stop. He looked towards Seff, settling into a playing position before darting off into a slow lope.

Seff took the wolf's friendly advances well, and in time they were fully engaged in a boisterous game, Seff shrieking in delight and his tiny tail wagging excitedly. He was in his element, the little pup at play, and wished nothing else but to play more with this wolf. His face was split in a wide smile, the tip of a new white fang sticking out in the slightest, as he tumbled and rolled, delighted with this new friend of his.
