Dancing with the flowers - Blue Willow - April 12, 2014

Blue Willow walked from her home plateau to the great Bear wilderness. Today rather than looking for plants, today she was merely exploring the surrounding area. She was at a toss up for co-ranks she knew she wanted chronicler and now she was debating whether or not to get warden, but she didn't really know what she wanted to do. She felt bad for her pack members, but especially her alpha. He had lost his niece to a terrible death, his brother was missing and he just had new pups born which made one hormonal and such anyway even if you were a father.

She was excited to think that Peregrine considered her for a beta position now she just needed to get to know hawkeye better and she was unsure how. The she-wolf leader was still recovering from child-birth and she did not want to bother her as of yet with her incessant yammering that she was known for at times.

She bent her head to smell the flowers and she caught sight of some red ones and thought of her inpromptu herbal lesson with the Swift Current pack member Bazi.

Blue Willow turned as she heard footfalls her fur rising along her spine, merely in wariness. After all she had heard among the whispers of others that the pack that resided here were very territorial. She had met the alpha her self and this little nugget of knowledge did not surprise her in the least. She tilted her head and looked on as one of her own pack mates came into view.

She dipped her head in greeting yes It is I Blue Willow. Hello Silver Mane I have to admit you look much better now. I am glad that you are no longer knocking at death's door. What brings you here?

I'm sorry I can't help with that. Someone else made my sets for me. I believe it was Tuwawi/Lieu and Tenzin/Cj and Njal/Java who made mine and remedy made me one too.

Blue Willow looked at him with slight suspicion. His smell had faded from their borders for the most part. Deciding not to say a word at the moment she just smiled and spoke quietly I was just exploring. I tend to go far and wide to get herbs for my healing. I can't find everything I need in the flatlands.

You smell like you've been to the sea. She could smell the salt on his fur. It wasn't a bad smell, but she wondered at it. Why did he smell like salt and sea.

He nodded, knowing she would have a reason to step so far from her pack's borders. Her soft voice familiar, to when they last met. "Speaking of healing... Thanks, you basically saved my life" he said, not feeling that he thanked her enough the last time.

Silvermane hoped she would not have brought up his distinct smell, and he decided to tell her. There was nothing he could say, for that would be lying. "I have left - in secret - the Blacktail Deer Plateau pack... For the new one of wheeling gull isle" he said, slightly ashamed that he basically betrayed everyone...

Blue smiled softly of course you are welcome. It would do it for any that is my calling and my trade. I am glad you are well now. She did not see it as saving she saw it as performing her duties to the best of her abilities and he had rallied. She was not one to often lay praise at her own feet, it wasn't very kind. Of course she was proud of herself and she was glad that she had done the right thing, but she did not fill herself with petty pride.

Blue looked at him and said quietly with a slight edge to her voice That is your choice of course, but Peregrine and I would probably not have condoned you. Though now since you left in secret you have left some pretty poor feelings behind, whereas before that yo ucould have left at least with a neutral feeling.
