She turned back to the Witch's Marsh, collecting her things, then hobbled back to the Stone Circle, picking up whatever plants she saw blooming along the way until she returned to the Circle.
Božena was far from senile, but she did lose track of many things, especially time. The scents had changed, slightly, but the Chovahani walked into the territory, not noticing that the faint scent of Steady that had clung to her before had faded, as if she owned this new, stagnant foro.
