We're back!: A Dinosaur Story - Maude - October 18, 2017

She tried her best to maintain her status quo of cheerful bawdiness. She sang and skipped, cursed colorfully when needed, and bore a snaggle-tooth smile. But it was clear to see a grimness on her face as they grew closer to the mountain. She had started off this adventure on a search for her spurned love - Kjalarr. But now she felt an emptiness that grew as she escorted Kjalarr's son to his relative's home. She was going to give him up. She could not, would not live here. She was not cut out for pack life, besides the fact that she despised the inland. Her brief time in Neverwinter was enough evidence of the former.

But she moved towards Moonspear, her eye closely focused on @Arrille the whole time. She had been keeping a close eye on him ever since that conversation at sea. His emotional state...well...it was shitty. She didn't blame him for being the way he was. And more than anything, she felt bad for wanting to leave him. It felt right, but it also felt wrong in the same vein. She said nothing of it, and the more she attempted at hiding it the more it read on her face.

They neared the mountain in good time, her steps hurried in an attempt to reach it before the frosts claimed the Wilds. She could smell the border — thick and fresh. The scent suggested an overflow, which worried her. She didn't exactly have a concrete plan B. But she tipped her head back, howling for @Charon specifically, but she knew that some other Moonspear wolf might come instead.

RE: We're back!: A Dinosaur Story - Arrille - October 20, 2017

Arrille kept quiet as they moved, and he realized that he found this place familiar as they got closer and closer to where he recalled Moonspear being. His relative here, Charon had said that he was welcome to stay, but winter was coming closer. Arrille had no idea how many were even in the Moonspear pack, he only started thinking of it now, what if there was too many? He was starting to think, would Charon choose to let him in? He wasn't sure, he barely knew Charon.

"Maude...what if they have too many wolves? They might not be able to feed us..." he said quietly, turning his gaze up to her.

RE: We're back!: A Dinosaur Story - Charon - October 23, 2017

When he heard the call Charon made his way to the borders. He'd already been on a patrol so it didn't take him too long to arrive at the location that his visitors were at. He remembered them instantly; the child his nephew or whatever -- Jorunn's child -- and then there was the other wolf who was with him. Charon remembered offering him a place to stay but then they had gone to look for Jorunn more.

As he arrived, body language dominant, Charon chuffed to announce his presence and then looked at them, waiting until they would say what they were there for.
