It seperated a large land mass, and the other side was an unknown area that drew in the curiosity that held the Phoenix tight. Though without proper precautions, especially during the cold times, she did not want to venture down to what looked like land, nor' find a way across. She did not know if there would be a way back if she managed to see that path.
