Oftentimes the Ostrega searched for spaces to hide away in; she enjoyed the search as well as having various locations to turn to, should she wish to have time to herself. But, as Yama further aged, she felt the need to expand her interests. Today, she thought a lone hunt might be nice, and so out she went.

The trek was a short one before she found a scent, and then she was gone. Yet the hunt proved to be more frustrating than anything, zigging and zagging after a particularly lithe raccoon, and ultimately ended in failure—her teeth just missed the tip of its tail, whilst the coon disappeared up a tree, leaving her glaring up from below.
