Loch - Kinloch - June 29, 2023

This is set for early tomorrow morning. ^^

The silver wolf had risen before the sun and had started his journey through the trees when the birds had not yet started to sing their songs. By the time he had reached the edge of the wood, morning had washed over the land and bathed it in a warm golden glow.

Kinloch lifted his head and inhaled until his lungs twinged. Summer was good to the stretch of wild he had journeyed across. The trees and brush were bright with green leaves. Prey animals could be seen scurrying to their hiding places to watch the imposing hunter carve his path.

On the edge of a lake, Kinloch stopped to drink. The cool water was a blessing on his parched throat. He lifted his head, water dribbling down his chin, and debated a swim.

RE: Loch - Etienne - July 08, 2023

Etienne needed a break. A break from the borders of Epoch and a break from the insufferable and handsome Anselm. It just wasn't fair that someone that pretty could be that black hearted. It was disgusting really and drew Etiennes blood pressure through the roof.

And this morning was perfect for a ranging mission. The world was aglow in gold and light. The summer heat hadn't quite stirred yet. And the ground was lush with carpet of grass.

As always Eti sought out the water. The lake wasn't the ocean, but it was still water and still felt a bit like home. But today he wasn't alone.

He stopped halfway warring between showing himself or turning around. He wasn't up for much socializing. But it was a shame to have come so far.

RE: Loch - Kinloch - July 25, 2023

Company hadn't been expected. Yet there was another wolf who kept himself neutral in posture - not invested in interacting and not yet ready to flee. Kinloch thought to call out. He was a large man, of course. The heart that beat within him was brimming with kindness. If the stranger was worried that he might pose a threat…

Kinloch lifted his head and chuffed out to the other. His tail waved in a great sweeps, side to side.

Greetings, stranger!

A warm smile occupied his features. If the other wolf turned to leave, Kinloch wouldn't stop him.

Come for a swim?

The bigger white graystone stood there and Etienne wasn't exactly feeling hospitable, but he also had been raised with good manners. So he knew he'd have to answer back, it was only polite.

'ello. His accent lilting and strange on the mountain land. But the one he loved of his own. He tilted his head forward, and ghosted a few more steps to stand nearer.

Just came to look at it. Reminds me a bit of 'ome.
