today brought with it freezing rain and a torrent of snow.
mountain boulder was watching caribou pass in their thousands, scarcely taking notice of the gigantic wolf in their hurry to reach their calving grounds.
hunger and interest warred within him. the huntlead descended his ridge and followed the caribou along the borders at a long distance.
