The Tangle BWP3: PREY OPPORTUNITY

When the fight broke loose, Trick could only hope their food wouldn't get stolen as a whole. Why no one had yet jumped on him, for he was probably the smallest of the bunch safe Grace, was a mystery to him. He had only shown hostility toward the leader of the other group, for she had been the only one to act, but she soon got followed by more. They were evenly matched, that Trick could say. With a hateful look at the female leader, he swiveled his head around to look at Warbone for commands, but none came, only the booming voice of the other leader. Hell no, they would not take their kill.

Without sitting around and waiting for Warbone to say something, Trick acted on his own. Grace had entered the scene, which was scary for the trickster. He liked her, as a friend, and that was rare. If anything would happen to the limping girl, he would never forgive himself. He snarled at the other pack, grabbing a random piece of meat to pull as well, keeping a close eye on Grace.

As she was being aimed for, Trick had almost jumped in front of her to safe her, but a reddish flash prevented him from doing so. It was Teabag, his man-crush, that saved his best friend in the pack from a terrible fait, and he sighed in relief. He snorted, flashing an angry look at the one bold enough to attack a cripple. That was the lowest of the low, even Wylie knew that. He growled loudly, still holding on his piece of meat and pulled as hard as he could. But even with his trained yet small body, he made almost no difference. Now he was just waiting for someone to leap at his small yet dangerous frame.
