Jace watched them go, he had winced slightly at the sharp tone of Fox to Ferdie, but he realized she was probably stressed and hurt as all of them about bones, maybe more so than them. It still wasn't kind for Ferdie, but in the same way he could understand why she snapped at him.

jace shook his head and wondered what he should do now. He waited to see if Ferdie would want to hunt, or chat or something before he went on his way.
