With a mighty roar, Rinn tore herself away from the two wolves, eyes wild and bright as she stumbled back, back, and back. She was outnumbered here, and though she'd been able to take on wolves in the past, she knew that she was in no state to do so now.

"Let me have my kill," she hissed, eyes desperate and hateful in her ruined state.
