Haunted Wood big ones, small ones

The Wilds had changed. She had left Vengeance to better scout out the lands, and had found faded border where there once had been, new scents and the vanishing of old telling of a new time in Teekon. She had met Slade and heard of his Eden, with no intention to return to his company at any time in the future. It is then she comes across the running girl, drawn to her by the crashing progression she makes through the woods.

It is easy to make this assumption. There are the fresh wounds that litter her pelt. She moves to follow the girl like a phantom, making every effort to remain unseen, unheard. She notes the way the girl looks over her shoulder, as if searching for something. Someone, perhaps. She is tiring, quickly, her fast-paced breath and the heaving of her sides makes this obvious. The woman stills as the girl thunders into the ground as if crashing into it, waiting a moment before scenting the air carefully for any clues it may give her. 

It is then she scents an all too familiar scent, and her grin is far from light as she understands just who this woman runs from. She stalks forward, unsure is the male has simply let this woman escape, or if she had challenged him, perhaps. "Think you've run far enough, then?"  she asks with eery nonchalance, as if discussing the weather.
