She had a sturdy grip on her branch now and had no intentions of moving. The wind caused the branch to sway from time to time, but over all it was very comforable, despite the cold. But when she head a bit of comotion from down below she stuck out her neck before looking down to see a wolf and a marmot wrestling with one another.

With only grasp on it's back half the marmot was able to reach around and attacts its would be attacker. Throwing scratches and bites the wolf's way. In the end the marmot was released and the wolf was left with injuries. Astor could see alittle of the wolfs injuries but not really from how high up she was.

Her curiosity got the best of her and persuaded her to get out of her comfortable possition so that she could glide down to a lower branch. Gliding down around the trees was much easier then flying over the open plain. She landed on a branch that would can able to wolfs head level. But when she flew down she noticed that this wolf looked alot more different then the others. I'ts coat was thinner and had a rather unique pattern. She stared at this wolf with curiosity.
