She reached out and grabbed her ambitious brother by whatever she could grab him by, and managed to catch one of his thick pawpads in her mouth, to bring him to a stop. She pulled him backwards a few feet on his belly, before she dropped the dirty paw out of her mouth and spat out a few pieces of dust and leaf litter. 

"No, we don't go after skunks- remember, they are stinky," She reminded him. "You did a good job, Baldr! Chasing them off without getting sprayed at all!" She said, reaching down to nuzzle his forehead. "You will make an excellent guardian someday brother!"
