The wolfdog expels the breath he was holding in a great big woosh and speaks, "Thank you man--Dante. Shit, sorry. I'm just a little, heh... uh, nervous. Thank you, I understand, but thanks for the chance anyway." He wags the tip of his fluffy tail and seems just a bit less, well, fearful. The big wolf was willing to give him a shot, and he wasn't about to squander it by being a pitiful mess.
He twists an ear forward and tilts his head a little bit before looking down, "Uh, just one favor? Tell me when I'm being an idiot, alright? I'm the biggest awkward walrus in the world, sometimes. I'll do my best not to be a dumbass but, uh, I'm kind of new to this whole... free will thing." He adds with a quick smile.
