The last week or so had been miserable for the usual chipper Sveijarn. It had started with a runny nose and then suddenly he was full-blown summer flu. Incapacitated and feverish, the young man hid himself away in a small den not too far from the cove. Some members of the pack brought him herbs and food now and again... maybe even moss filled with water... but whatever disease plagued Valtyr was near unshakable. Eventually, his fever broke after one long night of uncomfortable foot-sweats, and he was on the upbound. However, his energy had not yet returned and thus he laid pathetically half-outside the den. Small dabbles of sun danced on his dull and unkempt fur as he stared through the cove absentmindedly.
