Hvit was growing—they all were—and with his growth there came the occasional urge for an adventure. It was usually in the night or when he was alone with his siblings, having found that those times were the best when it came to wandering away from his parents. Tonight, he'd yet to fall asleep, having stayed awake for a reason that he couldn't even remember. When he'd been sure that everyone else was unconscious was when he'd slipped away, having exited the den and begun his trek through the territory. He was more confident with walking by himself now, always careful to pay close attention to which direction he was going in, especially whenever he found himself entering unknown areas. Thus far, he'd yet to get lost again, which, to him, was proof that his method was working.

The journey of the night had taken him in the direction of the borders, following along the path he'd gone with Thuringwethil. To travel into unclaimed lands was not his intention, but he was curious enough to try and peer into the beyond that he'd not worked to keep away. Hvit, lacking any expectations that someone else might be out and about, too, had continued onward, trekking right along without any worries of being caught.
