Honeyed Pasture Wonder It Better

Birk had left caldera for few days to explore and do some hunting in solitude. The pack had plenty of capable members not to miss someone, who was absent, and - frankly speaking - they had been doing very well with his presence and lack of involvement too. 

He had engaged in a "wolf vs hare" game earlier, losing pitifully to the hasty little animal. It was too warm for him to engage in too much excercise and therefore he let it pass without much regrets. After all - there would be plenty opportunities in the evening and early morning. 

While he was making his way towards a hiding spot he had used a day earlier, he almost tripped over someone fluffy, white, warm and definitely alive. Good thing that his nose and ears alerted him early and therefore he stopped few feet away from the lying wolf.

"Are you still alive?" he asked curiously.
