Lennon shut his eyes, ignoring the awful sting envoked by every lick and touch of his wounds. He couldn’t ignore this, even if he tried. The two creatures in his life he cared for most were taking their time only to improve his life, no matter what had caused it. Tossing his ego aside, the desperate wolf grumbled beneath his breath.
”Thank you,” and quick paused, ”a lot.”
It was intended for both Alarian and Korei, but he wasn’t sure if the snow furred girl was able to hear him, with how quiet his thanks had been. Truthfully, seeing the light pink of his muscle every hour or so made him nauseous. It was with great relief to not have to do so for a time, even if it be short.
