Stone Circle I want to watch the universe expand

Brynn listened to the boy repeat the same two words over and over. She was fascinated by his thought process. It was interesting to see a child learn and process things that were done without thought as an adult. 

She smiled as he switched the word order. He soon stopped and asked her why. She thought for a minute. Why is it night? she asked Merrit, tilting her head a little. I suppose it's because the sun can't stay in the sky forever. It has to share it with the moon, who only comes out at night. That was the best explanation Brynn had for why there was night and day. She had never really thought much about it.
