For @Atuaserk <3

It was apparent that they would not be returning to their former den site. They had been introduced to the much larger, more spacious area and told in a simple tongue that this was their new home. Sitamat wondered what had been so wrong with their previous home (not realising they had quickly outgrown it), but accepted this change with minimal complaint. He did enjoy the heated rocks compared to the cool dirt of their whelping den.

Still, now he had a whole new area to memorise and become familiar with. He had only just gotten to know the forest outside their old home, and now he had to do it all over again! The place was filled with nooks and crannies, a large clearing of rocks with an expanse of sky right above it. Sitamat stared up at it, peering at the dark swirling clouds above, before redirecting his focus back on a path he had found that led to the trees that rimmed the site. He did not follow it too far, unsure if his parents would approve of him wandering off just yet.

oops! Somehow I forgot about this one :| MY BAD. <3

The boy was quite thrilled with the change in scenery. Since they had moved to this location, Atuaserk had busied himself with tthe discovery and exploration of their new home. The wolves of the Spire would mostly gather here when the night came and the boy found a decent amount of pleasure in finding out how he could antagonize each of them. The smallest female was particularly fun for him to irritate, and more than that, she was fun to watch when she set about terrorizing the other adults (@Echelon ). He wanted to learn from her, though that was forgotten for now.

He was too busy tracking his brother. Nose down to the ground, the oldest of the four exercised his skills (which weren't terrible but weren't amazing either), wandering around the large den until he found Four. "Sita," He said, announcing himself. "What doin'?" They were a fair distance from their parents and Sitamat was not usually the one to push the rules like that. So he wanted to know. Had he found something? Had he heard it? What?

Haha, nooo you're fine <3

Sita. The word caused a ripple of fright to run down his spine and the boy spun to face the source of the sound, worried for a moment that his parents had thought he was going to sneak off. Instead, he was met with just the sight of Atuaserk. His fur settled, though the round cub stayed stiff and alert, glancing past his brother to make sure he wasn't being followed by anyone who would yell at them for being so far away from the den.

He wiggled to his tail in a sign of comradeship to his eldest brother, hoping he wasn't going to dob him in. With a swing of his nose, Sitamat gestured to the forest and spun around to face it again with the smallest of pouts. "Wan' explore," he said with a hint of sadness.

Sita wanted to explore, but didn't. It was not a concept that the eldest understood. Sure, he had been reprimanded for venturing too far but that didn't make him any less likely to keep trying. Each day, he found he was allowed to go a little farther each time and each day, he pushed that boundary a little more. "Then le's go." He would be the leader here, pushing past his brother with a confidence true to his developing personality. This was not close to the invisible line that the pup had gotten in trouble for crossing, and by leading Sita a little farther out, he figured it'd make him stop being sad. "Lookin' fer sumfin?" He asked, bounding a little ahead of his almost-twin.

The chance of finding an adult here wasn't terribly small but Tonravik was back at the den and his da' was patrolling with Nanuk. So why shouldn't they try and explore now? "C'mon!" He said, looking back at the other boy impatiently. If Sita didn't actually want to explore, Atuaserk would go on without him until he was physically stopped by someone who had the authority to stop him (read: any adult).
