All Welcome
@CarsonQuin, all welcome though!

Sage was just now adjusting to her life as Beta, not much has changed, except she was alone with ruling Moonlit as the time. Her being cautious from Nemesis's encounter with Moonlit's border, she'd been patrolling it for awhile now. Nothing seemed strange, until she caught the smell of another—shit. Stopping at first, she observed the smell in her mind, it didn't seem like a Dark Brotherhood member, in fact she couldn't place it in any category, except of course, lone wolf. She didn't expect a lone wolf to be dumb enough going to a packs borders just to cause trouble, so she relaxed, her muscles releasing from tension.

She continued on, searching for the owner of the unfamiliar scent, and not soon after she noticed another wolf awaiting by the bridge of their territory. Proposing herself with a higher posture, but remaining neutral. She had no reason to seem dominant against this wolf, so she held it average, just trying to look regal.  "Hello," the dark fae spoke, keeping her face from revealing any expression.

*rolls in*

The dark yearling had been lingering by their borders. With Malice gone, he felt he should be on extra alert. Being him a rank below Sage, he felt a newfound duty inside him. The duty to protect their lands at all costs.

So when the boy found an unfamiliar scent lingering, he raced towards the smell's source. There stood two wolves: Sage and some stranger. His approach wasn't so neutral, for he had a sort of impatience in his step. Having Malice away had him on edge and he wasn't very happy to see a stranger about. Still in the back of his mind he knew that this male might have some use with him. "What brings you to our borders?" he asked in a gruff tone.

Carson was sitting by a bridge when a female wolf spoke. He looked at the female wolf as well as another wolf. Carson could tell that the male wolf wasn't very pleased. He sat up and introduced himself. "Hello," he said with a calm tone, before he could introduce himself the other black brute asked him a question. He glanced at the black brute and gave him a slight smile. "I'm just taking, I did not mean to intrude," said the black brute. Carson could smell lots of unfamiliar scents and see some wolves in a distance behind the female wolf and brute. "Please, I am Carson," he said with a soft but strict tone. He knew that the two wolves were part of a pack, and he did not want to set them off. Carson tried to be as kind as possible. He just stood near the bridge looking at the two wolves. Carson never explored this part of the world - so he was quiet curious and interested.

The healer could scent yet another stranger at their borders, so soon after the last ones had gone. And before them, the last trespasser to leave alive. Things were definitely not looking up for the man the moment Veritas entered the scene, the one truly adult out of them all. Indeed, Carson could see wolves in the distance - and one of them was currently walking towards him, a foreboding figure emerging out of the darkness.

Cold amber eyes roamed over his body before a curt nod was given. The female refused to sit, eyes narrowing at his tone. Who the hell did he think he was, to talk to a Beta of Moonlit Hills with such a cursory tone? His voice was soft, but not unlike a teacher talking to a child and no way in hell was that okay on Veritas' list. Already the male had displeased one person he could count on to murder him in cold blood just by speaking the wrong way. The nod Veritas gave, as an effect of this, served more of a warning than an acceptance.

She kept her body language carefully neutral though the displeasure in her eyes was already clear enough to all. And while Sage might be tolerating of poor behaviour, this woman who had once been an Alpha of a great pack was not.

Popping in, if you don't mind

Carson saw another black wolf  walking towards him. He could tell this wolf was not very friendly. He tried to stay calm and not freak out. Carson saw the black fae nod and could tell it wasn't a simple nod. He took a few steps back and kept a close eye on the black female. He slowly put his tail between is black medium length legs. Carson was uncomfortable as well as scared near the new looking wolf. He took a quick glance behind him before looking in the distance behind the pack wolves. "Greetings.." he said with a strict voice but tried not be to serious. Carson clearly got the message on not to mess with the black, serious female.

He glanced at the other wolves, seeing that they seem to be calm. Carson did not want to make an enemy with a wolf in a pack. Especially a pack he might have a chance of joining. His eyes were mainly focused on the serious, black female. Carson tried not to get too close to the wolves.

Okay, can't help to do this :P Just assuming Malice got out of the talk with Burke alive and is returning now :) Dunno when this takes place, so yeah. Liquid time is awesome :O

The queen trotted back to her home, the dark forest full of lively souls that were probably waiting for her to return and tell them what Burke had said. But now was not the time to talk about that, as upon arriving, she spotted a strange male, their beta, their healer and the young fighter. Geez, what was going on? She left the pack for a day and immediately they got strangers on their doorstep. Malice grunted, annoyed by yet another being so close to their borders. She had just chased away a mother and her child, and not long before that she had bitten off the tail of a trespasser. The queen dearly hoped this one wouldn't be much trouble, but she had full confidence that Sage and the bunch of them could handle it.

A smirk appeared on her ying-yang muzzle, planning a little prank. She already saw the tension between the stranger and Veritas, him backing off a bit. Malice chuckled softly, yeah, the woman could be a bit intimidating. She sneaked up behind the stranger, nodding to her members and signalling to be quiet about her arrival. She hoped the strange male didn't notice her as she got closer, and closer...

Greetings! She yelled in a sinister tone, hoping to scare the shit out of the new face. She chuckled, her head going back, almost touching her spine with it as her chuckles became laughter. And, who might you be? She asked, clearly not impressed by anything this male had to show. But, perhaps, his personality was better. She made her way to the side of Sage, her tail only going only a bit higher than the beta. Her muzzle touched the back of her neck as a greeting, saying I'm back, silently.

Dont mind if I sneak in here :) Feel free to skip as Renn's just observing

The disappearance of their old alpha had hit Renn hard and, as she crouched silently in the shadows, the thoughts came back to bite her again. It was unusual for the dark girl to cling to the shadowed fringes of the pack but maybe her instinct was just saying I think you need to lay off the happy-go-lucky attitude. She huffed and chewed a twig that was unlucky enough to be sticking out right in front of her nose and crept closer, her eyes immediately locking onto the scene in front of her. Tilting her head slightly, she recognised the dark figures of Sage and Issun, both fixated on something Renn couldn't quite make out. Veritas was off to one side, her posture neutral but with an undertone of displeasure that the youngster had learnt to detect by now. To her surprise, the midnight royal had returned from her expedition, and so soon as well. Nevertheless, crowds weren't really her cup of tea so she made no move to reveal herself just yet.

holy crap this got more responses than expected, hehe, just like to remind everyone of the post order, since i noticed it was violated earlier:
Post Order is Sage, Issun, CarsonQuin, Veritas, Malice, Ren.

The amount of wolves joining was overwhelming, but she continued on. When Issun joined, she felt relief wash over her, him holding a tall stature to show he wasn't afraid to defend himself, and his pack. The dark wolf introduced himself as Carson, and she nodded. "I'm Sage," she claimed, giving the faintest smile. When Veritas joined them, she held a venue of silence, but Sage acknowledged her presence with a nod of the head, even though she wasn't very familiar with her. Not long after Malice joined, she had to keep herself from leaping with joy, discovering her Alpha was safe and sound, but pressure was piling onto her to hold a strong composure, and likely Carson with more, when a couple of wolves turned into a crowd. When she touched her as a way of showing her return, her smile grew.

She also noticed Renn farther away from everyone, she gave a curious look at the girl, and would make sure to speak to her after this, to approve that she was alright. "What brings you to Moonlit Hills?"

@Sage you have a double post^

"Issun," he chuffed after Sage's introduction. The two wolves seemed to differ from each other when it came to strangers. He was much more curt and ill tempered while she was elegant and calm.

The boy turned his attention to Vertias as she came to the scene. He growled harshly to see the male keeping his gaze on her. The boy's body language basically said keep your eyes and body low if you know what's best for you. Yep, he definitely didn't feel like dealing with this.

Issun was surprised to see Malice out of nowhere, alive and well. He nudged the shoulder of his alpha, happy to see her back.
