The Tangle BWP3: PREY OPPORTUNITY

The mess cleared out slightly and everybody in the clearing seemed to have found an opponent, Slancio started to drag the deer north, hoping to get to the borders as fast as possible. The sooner he got the remains of the deer within Saltwinter borders, the quicker he could rest.He growled when a burly wolf came barrelling at him, sinking his fangs into the deer's flank. A dark pelted female joined him soon enough, and he felt the deer behind to slip from his grip.

The female from Saltwinter made a sudden appearance, flying at the female. Upon furthur inspection, the female had a lame leg. Yet Teagan darted in front of her, quick as the wind when he bit her. Slancio cursed internally, letting go of the deer's antler for a moment to swipe a paw at the female's leg, hoping to complete what his packmate had failed to accomplish. Turning back to the deer, he fastened his jaw back onto the antlers, resuming his duties.
