The fiery devil was as a big of a pain in the ass as he could be, and not just for his mother - his brother and sisters and whomever else dared come close also felt his thrashing kicks, and in a week or two they would all begin to hear his violent cries of anger. Everything was a problem for the little Pryor - being touched, not being touched, being pushed to eat, being hungry, being cold, having to go potty, one of his much bigger siblings sitting on him - and the pink nosed boy was not shy in making it known. Though he could do little, smell little, see nothing, say nothing and hear nothing, he still screamed and wailed and sobbed and did anything he could against his siblings and parents to let them know he wanted something.

Rose was oddly quiet for a newborn, only fussing when she needed the necessities. Whether that was due to an internal issue or was simply her personality had yet to be discovered, either way though she was already showing signs of composure at such a young age. She knew she enjoyed warmth and food that much was certain, so when she unexpectedly wiggled into her brother Rose naturally tried to snuggle up to him and steal away any body heat she could get. He was small, smaller than herself but truth is it didn't matter, he was a warm body and as far as the russet girl was concerned he was also her personal pillow.

Hawthorn was a mixture of loudness and silence. There were moments where he simply opened his tiny jaws and screamed and cried to his heart's desire, simply because he wanted to. There were other moments where he was as silent, and as unmoving as a still, dead, rock. Usually, when he was in those moods and one of his smaller littermates attempted to push at him, or prod him, he still remained still; there were some advantages to being the largest in the litter, and Hawthorn, even as a baby, knew it, and managed to utilise it to his advantage.

Today, however, was not one of his silent days, and so when he felt the blob beside him move away, he wiggled his way forward and smushed into his sister, unknowingly flattening her with his sheer size. However, thankfully for his two littermates, Haw found his position to be uncomfortable, and shifted ever so slightly, before opening his maw to let loose an ear piercing shriek.

Tiger had been living the life. Naps all the time and food on demand. What else could she possible ask for.  Well besides maybe her siblings to leave her be. She let out annoyed shrieks as the wolves smooshed near her shifted.

She moved to snuggle closer to her mom and lay her head down whining for the sake of whining at this point and probably driving her hearing parents to insanity.

She could not see nor hear but that certainly didn't stop her from maneuvering herself around a bit, as far as a potato can move, and making her presence known to the world.

The queen let out a long sigh as her pups, well all but one, began to let out shrieks and crystal again for what seemed like no reason to the queen. She lifted her head though it felt like it weighed a done as she had not slept huge amounts in the past few days. She nosed a couple of her pups shifting hawthorn gently off of rose and making sure Rowan was okay.

Rowan was the pup that concerned her, his fur white as snow and pink skin and pale pads and nose and substantial lack of size for the first born made her worry that something was wrong with him. Perhaps soon she would get Heartha to come and check on them. Before she had her puppies though.

Aspen mentally groaned at the thought, with the amount of noise these four make she couldn't imagine there being more of them.

Aspen began to lick the puppies in the hopes she could some how convince them to quiet down and go back to sleep. Though there seemed no immediate end in sight.

Rowan was usually on the end of the four siblings, thankfully - he only had to deal with one of his potato siblings at a time. Today, it was who he would one day know as Rose - the smaller warmth than his milk-provider snuggled close, and this he accepted with a grumpy wail. It was when their much larger but younger brother, Hawthorn, came bumbling over and squished them both that Rowan really started to scream: despite the fact that the dark boy had shifted almost totally off of Rowan, the eldest Prince still wailed and sobbed and screamed, planning to do so until there was NOTHING touching him. Hawthorn had ruined it for even Rose.

Rowan could have screamed his head off and Rose wouldn't have cared, all the russet girl knew was that she enjoyed the vibrations her brother created when he shrieked and she didn't want him to stop. So she did her best to push herself against his pale fur but was stopped dead in her tracks when her other brother, the large and pudgy one, decided to come sit on her. She attempted to scream, but with the crushing weight of her brother pressing down on her, not much sound came out. The second her dark furred sibling had been pushed off her, the girl let out a whine and moved as fast as she could back to her mother's side. She pushed herself against her twin and just about glued herself there, silently pleading for help.

Something pushed him off his soft cushion, and immediately, Hawthorn's face scrunched up into an expression of utter displeasure. He opened his jaws and screamed and screamed and screamed, making no indication that he was going to stop anytime soon. Because he wasn't going to stop. He had been comfortable a moment ago, and then something had decided to ruin it for him, and now he was never ever going to get back into that comfy position he'd been in. Therefore, because he was suffering, everyone else had to suffer with him. Hawthorn couldn't care less about what others thought of him; all he knew was that he was annoyed and uncomfortable, and screaming was the only way he knew to express his discomfort.

Still screaming, he shuffled forwards, wriggling until he pushed himself up against a tiny body (Rowan). Finding his way blocked, he scrunched his face up and wailed loudly while simultaneously nudging and pushing at the body in his way.

Tigerlily had quieted down ignoring the commotion that was encurring amongst her siblings. Potatos letting out loud wails by the sounds of the vibrations that were hitting her. She grunted as the lack of fur smooshed up against her was removed. Whoever was sat beside her apparently didn't want to be.

She snuggled even closer to the milk giver before feeling a different potato one the exact same size as her smoosh up against her. She let out a slightly more content shriek and snuggled closer to what she would later find out was her twin sister. Least she was somewhat quiet. Tiger often felt the need to have a who can scream the loudest match with her brothers but with this wolf she did not.

When she was able to though she would be fighting for the position of alpha female of the litter. A spot she would be determined to keep.

Aspen sighed as her pups continued to let out various different squeaks and shouts. She watched as Hawthorn continued to annoy the rest of the litter by crawling towards Rowan and pushing against him. She picked up Hawthorn by his scruff and moved him to between his front paws. leaving him there momentarily while she nudged rowan closer to his sisters in the hopes they would all snuggle up. The two sisters seemed to have got the idea, perhaps the white furred male would follow suit.

She turned her head back to Hawthorn and began to groom him, perhaps she could convince him to sleep there. Between her paws up against her chest. If only to stop him from squishing his siblings.

Rowan was obvlious to the annoyance of his mother, or the fear of his sister, but he sure as heck was aware of his larger brother - Hawthorn nudged and bumped him, only prodding louder and meaner squeals. There was a moment of silence when his mother lifted the pain in the tail away, but her nudge to him prompted another bout. Even as he was pushed to the side of Tigerlily, the body didn't quiet until the scent of milk came to him - even so, he screamed until the milk flowed down his throat.

If she could, Rose would have punched her brother away along with his terrible screams. But she couldn't do that so instead she began to push herself under her twin, trying her darndest to burry herself under the russet blob. It was warm under there and hopefully far away from her brothers, so as far as Rose was concerned it was the best dang place in the world. She wiggled with with all her might but eventually after some time just became too tired to even move anymore. She let out a whine as she flopped on her side, the first impression of her family was not a good one.

Suddenly, he felt himself being lifted from the ground, and naturally, fear overtook him. He began squealing loudly, limbs flailing uncontrollably, trying to hit his attacker and convince whoever they were to let go of him. However, he was soon placed on the ground, and thus, quieted down. Curiousity won Hawthorn over, though, and as he tried to escape the confines of Aspen's front paws, he realised that he was in no shape to move and once again began squealing loudly, wailing his fear and displeasure for all the world to hear. It wasn't his fault that he was bigger than his idiot tiny potato siblings after all, and he shouldn't be punished, or isolated, just because of that fact. It was incredibly unfair.

And although as a pup, he wasn't entirely sure what was happening, he did know that he was no longer beside his three pesky littermates whom he both loathed and loved with a passion, and he didn't like that. Though they were annoying, their presence was also comforting, and he didn't like being isolated between to furry, gigantic mountains.

Hawthorn felt his mother's tongue on his fur, gently smoothing it down and grooming him, and although the movement and feeling was comforting, he was still incredibly annoyed and thus did his best to wriggle out of her way, feeling uncomfortable in this suffocating environment without his siblings. He'd stopped screaming for a few seconds, but now, began wailing again, not knowing any other way to alert his mother of his discomfort.

Tigerlily had drifted off into a land of sleep and was ignoring any and all commotion that was going on in the real world currently. She didn't have much of a care to what her siblings were up to so long as another one didn't move away then she would be content and warm.

She let out a few squeaks as she dreamt of happy things, playing with her siblings, hunting for food and darting through the trees. One day she would grow enough to do those things and she knew those days would be the best ever.

Aspen sighed dramatically as Hawthorn began to protest his new spot. He struggled to get away letting out countless crys and whales in frustration as he realized that he was trapped between his mothers paws. She frowned and picked him back up placing him on the end beside Rowan. "Alright fine, you can go back by your siblings but please don't squash them," she spoke knowing full well those words meant nothing to the child and were falling on deaf ears. She hoped that they would all just settle down and rest and go back to being quiet. Their whales whether they knew it or not were enough to give everyone a headache.

Aspen smiled softly though as one of the trouble makers of the family was sound asleep. Thankfully she had settled down a bit. One less wolf to worry about.
