Seeing that the doe was in a position to where she couldn't escape, Belle decided to make her move. Valette kept a hold on the deer's throat whilst Day attacked from the back, so Belle took the liberty of taking out its footing. She quickly moved forward and went at the deer's shoulder, sinking her teeth into the target's flesh.
Feeling the doe struggle against her grip brought her a feeling of joy, pride, control, so Belle held on as tight as she could with disregard to whatever plan they'd had previously set in place. She wanted the doe and the doe is what she would have.
