Teeth collided with flesh, but not the one they were seeking. Damien hit the boy's chest instead of his throat, but still he clenched down hard while his paws pushed forward against the other's defenses. He was trying to batter down the dark titan with his weight, and Damien tried to counter-balance the effort by widening his paws' distance. Their strengths cancelled each other out, shoulder against shoulder in a clash that would end only when either of them fell victim to fatigue.
