He nods as she speaks, curious to know why others may call her pack savage. The way of the wolf was savage at times, but describing a pack that way? He tucked the comment into the back of his mind to think on later.

As the swarthy female's eyes roam over him, assessing, he raises his head slightly. He had nothing to be ashamed of. True, he was older, but not aged or elderly. He was fit, his massive body still all hard muscle and strength. Cor was probably more dangerous now, then he had even been when we was younger. Not only had had he mass and strength, but he had the knowledge and wisdom of how to use it. No pack or leader would find him wanting.

Ah loyalty. Loyalty was a given. Loyalty was the core of the pack, without it the pack didn't work and broke down from the inside. The pack was life, a home. Corranochender fended just fine for himself on his own, but he was a social creature and didn't want to spend the rest of his life alone and wandering.
