All Welcome
He set out early in the morning to refresh scents and milled along their fringes accordingly to exercise the full extent of his bladder in the meantime. Portia's due date had to be approaching swiftly, she was looking fit to burst; for her sake, he hoped it was sooner rather than later. With this on his mind, it had anticipation growing fast. Duty as Drageda's Wocha had to ensure their claim's security as a whole as always, but a want to guard the potential birth as closely as he could made him wary to range out too far — all while the days continually ticked by and he knew that due date just had to be coming dangerously closer. Wildfire would probably give birth not long after Portia too, so there was all of that to consider at length as well. There was about to be a lot at stake here beside the sea.

Dio was tense with his brisk steps today and looking to get a lot done while he was out. He often worked alone, but skimmed more so for scents of other guardians today to report in and see how matters fared among them too.
A meaningful silence is better than meaningless words.

Hush trotted back into pack grounds. He was an active wolf, his paws itching to move anywhere, whether he was scouting or simply running. The morning bid him to simply run, the warming land exciting him. He knew that he should keep an eye on the Nereides, but he enjoys himself for a moment, paws tearing the ground beneath him and he shot out of the territory, ran in several circles of varying diameters, and slowed to a bouncing trot, his tongue lolling withe satisfaction and relief as he returned to Drageda lands.

He chuffed towards the figure in the distance that soon formed into Dio, tail wagging as he approached. His pups were coming soon! He must be anxious.

Note: Hush cannot form words. He can, however, chuff, snarl, bark, and make a yodel-like howl.

Undisturbed, his path carried on and on until he could catch sight of the coywolf's distinct coat. Dio perked with curiosity, although it was of little surprise to him to see Hush out and about, so he moved on towards him. Of the great many wolves that had filtered through Heda's rankings, so painfully few were as steadfast as the silent wolf, and the golden Wocha had long since grown to appreciate his reliability, with a healthy measure of respect too. Plus, he always seemed to have good timing.

Dio's arced tail gave a gentle, companionable wave. "Anything interesting out there?" he asked, having noted the path he rode in on and the scent of the outer lands on his coat once he had come close enough to him. He didn't leave much lately himself, and wouldn't be changing that any time soon—not with their pups so close now.

He'd hope to hear more, and on move on accordingly from there on out.
