All Welcome

Hemlock should have felt more settled, at least knowing that they had a space but as she prowled the various nooks of the isle she still felt at a loss. It wasn't home. There was no forest there to claim the lives of the ones she loved but there was also nothing familiar to shelter the lives of those she would bring earthside. The trade off of their safety was enough for her though, and Hemlock paused beyond the mouth if one cave, sniffing curiously at it. If it had been someone's home they were long gone and a few cursory passes inside provided no real reason for her not to give it a chance.

The woman snuck inside, breathing deeply as she felt her body tensing, it wasn't too intense but it was enough to be irritating. Hemlock paced some, tail lashing behind her, unsure if she needed to call @Witchdoctor or not. Maybe she shouldn't alarm him - if he would be alarmed. She just simply wasn't sure and that bothered her more than anything. There were too many uncertainties in her life in that exact moment and she was caught in the middle of the web. Every choice pulsed along the strands, every moment that she hesitated made it all feel like it was more taunt and intense.

She drew herself out of the den to begin gathering the few herbs she'd managed to bring and the stone she had marked Palisander's grave with. She just wanted to get comfortable, but, she had a feeling it would be a long time before that happened.
