All Welcome
i have mouse muse :3 - also set before he heads to morningside so preferably no morningsiders since he gets there later.

wiped out - the neighbourhood

Despite not being too far from his home, back in the Vale, Remi felt as if he were thousand of miles away. He had not gone back after having visited the Gorge, instead he had followed the course of the river, wanting to see where it would lead him or honestly just wanting an excuse to keep his mind away from the strange things ocurring in the Vale. Not only had he noticed now that Rannoch was gone, but his love, Liffey was missing too.
What was happening? Why were the members of his pack being plucked one by one out of the ranks?
Would Genie leave as well? And even if she had just returned, he wondered for Chusi too.
Would she stay?
Would he?

He sighed, but kept walking along the edge of the river, his toes avoiding the water at first but then daring to take a dip on as he suddenly wondered if the river was any good for fishing.
if i had a heart

It was the sound of moving water that had attracted Frostrar’s attention, drawing him from the thick forest just across the hotsprings he’d taken to haunting for shelter and food. There was a decent sized herd that lingered in it’s midst and presently no pack seeking to stake claim. There are wanderers, like him, those that travel to and fro never staying in one place for long that pass through but he is — for the most part — left undisturbed. The goði didn’t mind the solitude. It allowed him to conduct his rituals and sacrifices in general peace. He moves towards the water with the singular intention of sating his thirst on his day trip outside of the forest. At first, he does not notice the other male in the short distance. Not until he dips his head and starts to lap at the choppy water. It is refreshing and cool and though his red gaze has landed upon the other male he does not pause his drink to address him. Instead, Frostrar acts as if he hasn’t noticed him at all. It is a tactical assessment: of what the other male would do, if anything at all given the opportunity to make the first move.

hiii!♥ im slow im sorry :C

As lost in his own thoughts as he was it wouldn't have been strange for him to miss entirely the presence of another nearby. But as the other wolf, a male, began to quench his thirst in the river the sound of splashing water made the creamy Ostrega raise his head, ears pricked in alert. The other looks in his direction but makes no indication of awknowledging him and so Remi takes his own moment to respond.

The idea that the other has not seen him seems unlikely unless he has some sort of eyesight issues, but that too seems improbable. Finally, after a brief hesitation he decides to call out to him, a low bark meant to simply announce his presence in case it was not percieved yet or was being ignored.
