Long strides took him swiftly away from Blixen - although he still heard her voice carrying behind him, the words themselves meaningless but the tone known all too well as apprehension - she might've been protective of this place called Drageda (and any wolf would be defensive of their own territory) but the specter knew he needed a home for the winter, and he had made his choice.
