"Lot less fighting and growling - that's for sure," Birk replied with a light-hearted laugh, leaving out the fact that at times he found life in Easthollow just too peaceful and mundane to the point of boredom. A little trouble to spice things up now and then would be great. Otherwise - having only a vanilla ice-cream everyday all days was not very interesting.
