Dawnlark Plains I gotta pocketful, pocketful of sunshine

As the small creature heard the voice, the realization that this wolf could crush her almost with one paw, she scrambled backwards and once again landed on her haunches. Yet no fear fell on her, and a spark of curiosity mixed with appreciation for his beauty made a grin grow on her face. 
Taking a few steps forward, she was still a few feet away when she spoke. Are you shy? She almost giggled at herself. Him shy? Of her? She was at least half, almost a third of his size. Her giggle spilled over, and she sat down and tilted her head, her fluffy tail hitting the ground. 
You are quite...what's the boy version? Handsome? Your colors are beautiful. A thoughtful look came over her face. You don't talk very much, do you?
