That made some amount of sense... make sure the packs were combined in a new area. It seemed risky, especially to Gannet, who couldn't imagine his old pack ever leaving the Caldera where he'd grown up. What if your pack didn't like the new spot?
He and his brother.... he didn't know Charon had one of those. "Brother?" He asked, curious. Likely he'd gone the way of Whip and Ferret then, or maybe even Peter. Disappeared or killed. But maybe he was around, and Gannet just hadn't met him yet. There were some here still he hadn't spoken to often, and some wolves liked to roam beyond the pack.
