This is the continuation of this thread.
Anyone is welcome but let @Majesty post first please :)

Shades of pink and orange painted the clouds at the moment Naya reached the borders of the Ravensblood Forest. She stopped and looked up to watch the beautiful morning sky for a couple moments while she waited for Majesty to catch up. She remembered all the morning skies she had seen with her brother; a tear almost escaped the yearling's eye but she closed them as she shook her head; she didn't allow herself to cry, if she was gonna find Malcom she had to be strong, there was no time for crying.

Naya turned around to Majesty, tail wagging "C'mon Maj! why are you taking so long!" she barked, teasing the Alpha.

Lol, no, it's okay. I'll roll with it.

Majesty at Naya's ever-present levels of high energy. Actually, he didn't think he was being slow. It was just that she was so much faster in her haste to get this journey underway. But he went along with it for humor's sake.

"Naya..." he groaned. "Wait. I'm so old... Hold on... Ima comin'..." And all the while he dragged himself along at a snail's pace, just to annoy her a little. All in good fun, of course. He kept a light smile on his face until he was beside her, facing the forest.

"Alright," he said. "Remember what I said about going in here. You stay close to me. No running off. These Ridge wolves would mean business if they caught us in here. Now come on. And be quiet." He didn't mean to sound like a father to her, but if anything happened to her, he would never forgive himself. In some ways, he sort of did feel like her father. As they headed into the forest, he made sure she kept right by his side. He didn't know what lay ahead, but he was only halfway willing to find out.

Erika often felt the urge to go back to the mainland when she stared at the coast from the island. Not that she didn't enjoy Wheeling Gull Isle, it just wasn't the thick forests and mountains she was used to. Plus, there were all those rats-with-wings flying about. So one morning she swam out to shore and headed to the nearest forest not in the direction of Silvertip.

The black wolf was close to the edge of Ravensblood forest when she heard voices from nearby. Her ears swiveled towards the sound and she stiffened suspiciously, but her tail sagged when she recognized her mate's voice. Barking to announce her presence, she ran towards the chocolate brown wolf and crashed into him, licking his chin and nuzzling his face. "Bonjour," she said to the female accompanying him. "'ow are you two zis morning?"

Majesty Groaned all the way from the shore to the forest "Wait. I'm so old... Hold on... Ima comin'..." She rolled her eyes teasing her friend and waited for him to catch up.

When the Alpha finally got there and stood beside Naya, he reminded the plans to the yearling: stay close; be quiet; avoid Ridge wolves; "Got it, Boss" she barked, tail still wagging. That's when another wolf's scent reached Naya's nostrils, a female, a very hormonal one. Naya's head turned right in its direction with a soft growl and her ears sticked up instantly; the energetic yearling was ready to defend herself in case the other wolf attacked, but she came up to them and pounced on Majesty, licking him all over. Naya relaxed, knowing now that the black wolfess was no threat, that was with no doubt, Majesty's mate "Erika, am I right?" she barked.

The fur-less scar on the female's face was the first thing Naya noticed, but she had to admit that ignoring it she had a beautiful face. She barked something in a weird language that Naya didn't understand, and then in a yet weirder accent she asked how they were doing. "Oh, very good thanks. It's a beautiful morning.." Naya responded, with a friendly wag of tail. "I'm Naya, I've been looking forward to meeting you."

Naya turned her head to Majesty with confuson in her eyes, as if saying -what is she doing here!? No one was supposed to follow us!- and waited for him to say something..

@Erika, this was supposed to be done before you joined WGI, so the timeline is going to be all confused now, but whatever. Also, @Naya, I'm so sorry this took so long. I've been having serious writer's block...

Majesty was glad to see Erika this morning, and took a moment to greet her in turn. "We are well," he responded, smiling at her. Then he noticed Naya's face begging him to get going to look for Malcom.

He cleared his throat. "Ma Belle," he said, "unfortunately, Naya and I must go. We are on a mission, you see. We must go find her brother. He has gone missing, it seems, and he was supposed to join the pack quite a while ago." He looked at her seriously. "And before you ask, no, you cannot come along. This will be dangerous. I need you to be safe and healthy for --" He glanced at Naya, and then decided it didn't matter, since he had already told everyone at the meeting. "For our pups."

He nudged Erika in the direction of the Isle. "Go. Please. We'll be back soon. I love you." With that, he turned back towards Naya and suddenly became the Alpha. "Let's go." He charged ahead into the forest, looking behind him once to ensure that his Epsilon was following and that his mate was not.

UGH. Why do I keep messing things up. DX

She almost ignored the female Majesty was accompanying, her tail wagging almost furiously at the sight of him. He smiled, but cleared his throat and told her seriously not to stay with them. The pair was apparently was searching for Naya's brother, who had gone missing. Understanding that Majesty had important duties to attend to, she nuzzled his face gently. "Fine, I understand. But you're 'anging out with me later." she said sternly. She hadn't spent much time with him in a while and was longing for his company. But, this is what happens when your mate is Alpha.

"I wish you two luck. Au revoir." she said before heading back towards the Isle.

Exit.

It's ok @Erika , @Majesty, sorry for being a dick about this thread, I kinda wanted to finish it quickly but then my internet connection f*cked up and I wasn't able to post myself D:

Majesty noticed Naya's face when greeting Erika, and he explained to the black wolfess what their plans were, and that she couldn't come with them. They engaged then on a romantic/seductive conversation that would make Malcom puke if he was there, but to Naya it was really cute, so much that she almost awed. Erika wished them luck and took off heading the island, "thanks!" Naya barked wagging her tail and then looked at her alpha with a giggle and her Oh, don't be so cheesy face before following him to Ravensblood.

The morning was starting to warm up and the light slowly made its way through the trees and the leaves... Naya tried to admire the beauty of the forest, but her mind was taking her somewhere else, to her brother obviously; she was concerned that maybe the mountain wolves weren't so indulgent with him after their last meeting and that maybe he was far from safe.

Through the leaves, Naya spotted the white tip of the mountain in the north, the mountain that held the pack that could so easily vanish them. It was all quiet, it was too quiet for Naya to bear.. "Maj?" she barked with concern in her eyes "what do you think will happen with the mountain wolves?"

Lol, it's okay, @Erika.

As Majesty escorted Naya through Ravensblood Forest, the girl asked him a question that concerned him, although he didn't quite know what she meant. "What do you think will happen with the mountain wolves?"

He sighed, many different scenarios running through his mind at once. "I don't know what you mean," he began. "But if you're asking me if we're safe from them, then I will tell you that I don't know. Jinx is the sort of wolf to hold a grudge, but that could mean nothing. I'm sure our pack is far enough away from Silvertip that she wouldn't chase after us. I'm not even sure if she knows where we are."

He continued on his way, making sure to stay directly in the middle of the forest, between the Ridge and the Mountain. It was a potentially dangerous place to be, but he had made it through this place before with no problems. "Come on," he said. "Let's hurry."

Sorry @Majesty I'll make this my last post here to be able to go and get to the point, post once more if you want, I'll have the thread archived

Majesty's answer did not relieve Naya's worries, it only got her anxious. they were alone in the middle of two enemy territories and even though she felt capable of defending herself she had never done it before.

The pack was for sure away from any other pack's reach because anyone would have to cross the sandbar to get there, but here, in Ravensblood, they were vulnerable against the packs that so much hated them for no reason.

"Come on, let's hurry." said Majesty, and Naya hurried behind him as they got deeper into the forest.
