All Welcome
she is currently watching bioluminescent waves caused by a plankton bloom

She had not intended to linger on the beach for more than a day but the recourses that flourished here were plentiful and valuable towards her stocks. Ever since the grotto had been taken her supply of shore materials had worn thin and she refused to let her luck of stumbling upon this beach go to waste. She had spent most of her day collecting shells of all sorts, scouring through treasures washed ashore and marveling at a starfish that had drifted too close towards land.

As dusk descended upon her and the tide began to rise, Rose prepared for the trip back to Drageda, fully intending to set off as soon as she had collected her materials. However, just as she began to depart from the beach, the tiniest glow far off in the water stirred her curiosity and caused her to stop in her tracks. Moments passed before there was another glimmer of lively blue in the sea which was soon followed by yet another. Before she knew it the entire beachside was illuminated with appeared to be stars fallen from the sky.

Awestruck at the phenomenon, Rose barely moved during the first few minutes of the discovery, she just simply stood there with her mouth wide open in amazement at the beauty. It was only when the plover moved to splash about in the waves did she wake from her wonderstruck state. She immediately abandoned whatever treasures she had gathered and instantly darted for the crashing waves, teeth snapping at the water as she bounced around like a child with uncontainable excitement, completely forgetting all about the tiresome journey waiting ahead of her.

He had been making his way slowly across the changing terrain. He had encountered the mysterious ocean about two weeks ago. A sign that he was getting closer to his destination. Armor often found himself travelling at night, when most creatures were sleeping. It made for a less eventful journey. No matter what time of day he was travelling though he was on constant alert. Searching for signs that something or someone were near. Due to his disability he was not very well equiped to defend himself.

This was the downside of leaving home so quickly after his injury had occured. His sense ran on overdrive 24/7. It was because of this that he heard the splashing long before he saw it. He slowly came upon the treasures left on the shore.  He had noticed the luminescent waves. He had been awestruck when they first came into sight, his eyes rarely living the rolling waters. However the treasures interested him more. Someone had obviously collected them. He looked up to find the girl splashing away in the water.

She was far too interested in the glowing waves to notice the stranger roaming over the beach, only spotting his silhouette when he stopped by her collection of treasures. She couldn’t make out any details with the distance between them and any chance of catching his scent was swept away by the wind who refused to play in her favor. A twinge of nervousness danced around in her stomach while she stood there watching him, wondering if he was one of the grotto wolves.

She licked her lips while mustering up the courage to do, well, anything. After a moment of convincing herself that this was just some passerby who came to watch the waves, Rose pulled herself from the ocean and slowly approached, posture cautious yet not hostile. “Those are mine” she called out once only a few feet away, immediately claiming rights over the collection she had worked all day to gather.

Armor watched the woman approach with equal caution. He stood his ground as best he could, although he doubted his figure was even slightly intimidating. With his gaunt apperance, her probably looked like an easy target.

"Are they?" He nodded his head, "And what are you collecting?" Armor had no intention of moving. The moment he tried to walk away his greatest weakness would be revealed. Even though this beautiful woman didn't seem like much of a threat, he doubted the he was a match for her. But he liked to keep up apperances, it was often his best line of defense. "I have no intention of snatching it from you. Just curious."

Now that he had stopped, he had to wait until she decided to stop talking to him and eventually went on her way. Lest he show her his lame leg.
