For le @Harmony
Some things were not meant to be.
Some were.
The wolf trotted his way away from the warmer helm of the lands, feeling the currents of air as they drafted upon flint hued whiskers. Nothing was more in tune than he and nature. His afinity for finding food was uncanny, and that was a perk to have as a wild wolf. But his way of scandal was even more pristine, as the heir of the worthless Xandir history made his Father's genetics do his bidding. As his dad had, he had, and that had was a silver tongue and witt. It kept him from danger, gave him the edge he needed, and sought purchase with the flowers of females of his kind. He probably had kids already; it was unbeknownst to him. And without a doubt, he was without a care.

This intellect however, allowed this Wolfdog prestige over his usually met counterparts. Though he had the body of canine, the quadruped was afflicted with a tinge of blue hidden in that long haired pelt of his. The glint of the ocean's depths flared the beautiful blue if Siqsa was in the light fleetingly enough to show it. More often than not the nearly 2 year old strayed from said light, keeping his heritage a secret between him and the Sun. His smarts kept him this way. Just as they kept him from leaving this path he walked, further and further following this salty and wet scent, one scarred with an aquamarine filter of flavor just on the brisk of your tongue. Water was where life was born. And this same water held it, still.

Grasses thinned and began their recede back to loam, and soon to clay, mud, and rocks. Those rocks smoothed as he traveled further towards his goal. And soon, his volcanic eyes were upon it. A bright streak in the dusk's fleeing glimmer, and the orchastra of ripples...
A river.

A satisfied smile crossed his lips, the tips of his most useful dentes peaking beneath the ebony maw's slips. A tongue lolled out just in time as he made a sure gait through the silt and clay floor. Onyx claws dug and prevented him from skidding directly into the mud's sides, and he looked much more natural, much more relaxed as he neared the azure current of the river. A snout bent to touch the blue, and dark pink rasped out, lopping up the wet. Body crouched and sturdy, he relieved his thirst before deciding to finish what he had arrived for.

Inky ears peeled back as headfirst he dove. Paws tucked tightly under forelimbs as his nostriils locked air within. Tail extended and soon he was in the cold embrace of the river.
The fire within the girth of his heart was suffocated into submission, and his world darkened into silence. All Siqsa could do now, was feel. Whiskers felt the pull of the current, but this was the more calm region of the River; nothing could sway him unless he allowed it so. Breath held, he submitted to the silence for a moment before opening those hellish eyes of his. All around him was a world of its own. How far down had he gone? He didn't know. But he knew the surface couldn't have been too far from him. Moving the pressure of air to his diaphram, the shimmering dark wolf used his tail as a rudder as the air assisted him in floating back to the surface. Webbed paws gained and shoved the cold world beneath him as he pushed himself up. Eyes returned to darkness as he closed them against the current, and as a predatorial deity would have, he surfaced with the grace of an aquatic murderer. The moment his black nose touched the air above, it exhaled, and inhaled greatly, pouring out the carbon and retrieving the oxygen his body was starved for.

Forelimbs unhinged and extended, combing through the water's pelt with long strides. Hinds pushed, elegant and expert in their performance. His fur was near void in the water at the entirity of Teekon was blanketed in the wallowing welcome of dusk. He was at peace, and in this river, in water period, the demon was at home.

Harmony had traveled a while not knowing where else to go. Along the way she made mental notes of certain landmarks so that she knew how to get back to the coast if she so desired. As she neared a river she could hear it rushing over the rocks and it made her ears perk up. Drool dripped from her chops as she wanted so bad to quench her thirst. Nothing would make her more happy than a big gulp of cool water.

As she neared the river she saw another. Warily she stepped backward and pinned her ears to her skull harshly. It was hard to be a loner. Harmony never knew who she could or couldn't trust and that was the worst part of it. If he wanted to harm her he could with just a leap and a take down. The thought of it sent chills down her spine. A shake of her pelt helped the feeling fade but she still kept her distance.

Loudly she gave a bark so he would know she was there. If her smell didn't give her away the bark would.

Coming out of the trenches of water world, Siqsa couldn't smell anything but water, aquatic life still clouding his nasal mind. His ears were moreso stuck on the gentle splashing he had done while swimming around in the river. However, the ending tones of the bark had struck him as 'not water', and rightfully he turned that slicked head in the direction from which it came.

Somone had joined the pool party?

Garnet gold eyes looked upon the dark wolf, trying to judge the motives, and from his low position in the river, he could see just under the lupine's belly. It was a female. Now that he began mentally sorting pronouns, the wolfdog began paddling to the bank to pull himself free of the watery place. Gripping the shifting clay and sand, her hoisted himself up further down the bank from her before shaking himself, choosing to not be rude for once. After draining his coat of the riverwater, he addressed her.

"Yea? What's up?" What did she want? Was she a courier? His over active mind took him down a dark road as it continued to think for him. She was a dark wolf, eyes of mismatched givings. She could be an assassin sent to finish off the Rest of the Nightmares!

His body stiffened, dark navy blue bod tight and readying itself for some unexpected attack.

She settled after he finally got out of the water though her eyes still locked into him like a target. Harmony heard his words but didn’t know if she should reply or not. After all she just started mouthing words and that was hard enough for her. So she crept a little closer to him her muzzle was up in the air a bit taking in his scent.

Once she felt the distance was sufficient she stopped dead in her tracks. It was just a moment before she circled him once and let her tail slide beneath his chin. After the first circle she sat back down in front of him and batted her eyes a few times. Maybe body language would help her this time so she wouldn’t have to force herself to talk.

Was she...flirting? Or trying to find a spot to first disect him? If anything, body language was just as indetermanent as actual words, and confusion plagued him at this analytical circle she performed on him. Sizing the brute up as though he were some kind of meal she wanted to have a slight taste of.

That flash of banner wriggled splendidly under his chin, inviting him to smell what he could of her. A single whiff showed an image in his mind of a single and mingly girl. A raised brow from the dark navy beast pinged a questioning arc of tail on his own rear, the flag's eng curving just slightly at the tip. "J'us sari kia sudas?" he asked with those growing baritones of his, almost wildly sure she could somehow understand him. Common sense ran through the hormonal wolfdog and he realized she more than likely wouldn't know what in the hells he was saying. Instead he decided to wag that tail of his in a quick swish of friendliness as he advanced. Crown up and slightly tilted forward, large chest held frontly, he made a slow series of steps towards her.

He couldn't exactly tell if she was in heat or not, but if she was offering herself like this, it couldn't have been too far away. Stopping himself in her mist, he questioned himself. Was she even inviting him that way? She could have just been introducing herself, and he could have been making an ass of himself, right now. She wasn't making too much apparent, and again the over analyzing killed him. Hellish orbs landed on the mitchmatched gems of her own, a coy flavor of colors that both tricked and treated him a bit.

The hell did she want, then? His name?
