All Welcome

the turn of the season had brought change within the wild woman. she had been here before, but at the same time she had not. she no longer feared THE DARK MAN or the red woman and her sister. they could no longer touch her.

her traveling companion @Komodo had seen the rise of this strange new woman. she was once again wild and carefree and admittedly quite savage. her daughter had seen this, too.

she had left them both for a moment. perhaps it was nostalgia that drew her to the cusp of the valley she had once ruled, perhaps it was something more. but she did know that likely, it would come to nothing. her children were tucked safe inside with their father, or so she hoped.

so she trailed silently towards the meadows instead.

Svítaní had been wandering around lately, her mind focused on her sister @Jasny, and also a potential pack she'll be joining. Svítaní started getting close to Flycatcher Downs, and her ears were pricked forward, her amber eyes watching any movement she could detect. If the wolfdog was found, let it be, and she would call for her sister for some backup or maybe fight if she had to. Svítaní was dangerous, but she could also be friendly, but he friendly side was usually rarely shown.

Svítaní soon noticed movement and spotted some sort of wolf heading off somewhere else, and the wolfdog decided to make herself known. "Oh, hello." Svítaní greeted, using her often fake friendly voice.

Svítaní did not need to call for her— wherever she went, Jasny was apt to follow. She was quiet on her toes, her breath shallow. These were all second nature to her, muscle memory that had been hammered deeply into the physical system. The mind goes blank as the body goes through motions that have been done hundreds of times before.

Jasny approaches her sister with a more noticeable volume, sliding up beside her. She, too, sees a woman walking close-lipped towards a field of rolling ground, and an ear flicks as her sister greets the stranger. Jasny is a bit more suspicious, as she ought to be. She merely looks, a brow arched in a delicately skeptical expression.

her attention is pulled by the arrival of two women.  they stick close to one another, they look the same.  this close to bearclaw valley?  since traveling with komodo, she no longer believes in coincidences.  no, this is the work of his mighty gods, and this is her punishment for straying too close to somewhere she knows she does not belong.

the pair has more in common with the lone mother than any of them know.  both of them have the blood of dogs, both of them have been wrought with savagery written in their bones.  all three of them are one and the same.

she regards them with a cool, level stare; not in their eyes but inbetween each individual.  any sudden movement, and reigi would bolt for safety while howling for her beau.

Svítaní had soon noticed her sister had arrived, and she offered a playful grin at her before whispering in her ear. "Shhh, you're going to ruin all the fun. I think we'll be able to have some creature to target, huh?" She had asked, before looking back at Reigi. Ah, yes, the thing had some dog blood apparently just like Svítaní and Jasny. Svítaní had been looking for someone to lay her claws on, but first, she would have to maybe try and earn Reigi's trust first, and then use it all against her. Then, perhaps the Czechoslovakian Wolfdog and her sister would then start targeting her.

That wasn't happening...yet.

Svítaní decided to speak to the female again with her fake kind voice that she had become so skilled at, she actually sounded kind. "What are you doing out here? There's probably some enemies out there or creeps that can snatch you and screw you up." She asked, her head tilting to the side.

@Reigi, @Jasny

the words in grey are in czech!
The skin between her eyebrows constrict and fold. That is a delicate motion too, though the result is not. Jasny lets her sister's quip roll past a turned cheek as she strains her neck to look closer. Something about the woman: the complexion, the bone structure, the poise, was not full wolf. She could not parse out the full details, but she knew this. She knew it as well as she knew the mixed blood in her own system.

"Svítaní," she breathes, not taking her eyes off the stranger, "She is no wolf. Like us." She is sure that her older sister has already figured this out, but she cannot help herself. "Her eyes, sister. Look at her eyes."

She knows that this would become dangerous if they made even a single mistake. She knows that Sví also knows this. That woman ... was no ordinary one. Jasny hears her sister's words of eager kindness. The show had begun— nothing could stop the machine that was the Temny sisters. Despite knowing this, Jasny lets her features ease into a smile.

he knows he has wandered too far again when he realizes he cannot remember the last time he saw @Absynthe. it doesn't bother him as much as it should. the days have blended together, passing with little sleep and nothing to fill his stomach but poppy seeds. every so often he collapses, laying for an hour or two only to rise again twice as restless, blood burning through his veins.
he almost doesn't notice the women, gaze fixed unblinkingly on the ground between his paws as he walks. his eyes sting and water. he catches the scent and his attention snaps upward, blinking the blurriness away rapidly. it is a strange scene to have stumbled upon. none of the women appear fully wolf, to him, but one is built and painted in distinctly different ways. they share between them a tension he does not wish to involve himself in, but something about the scene prickles at him.
sighing, he allows the urge to guide him forward in time to hear the louder of the pale wolves speak, only registering some indistinct murmur from the other. "creeps that can snatch you and screw you up," he echoes haughtily as he draws nearer, amusement coloring his tone. "would you happen to know much about those?"

reigi was not an unintelligent creature, despite popular belief.  this close to the valley she was more skeptical than ever.  komodo had taught her words, and she caught the gist of what had been said.  but reigi knew evils bigger than 'some enemies' or 'creeps'.  she had lived through what THE DARK MAN had done to her.  she had lived through the reign of terror during her time in the territory just adjacent to these downs.  she had lived through being separated from her children.  she could survive anything.

the sisters exchange words again, this time in a language she does not understand, and it is just as one woman finishes talking that a third stranger appears.  she bristles instinctively, although it feels as if he is on her side.  she dfrits a few paces closer to him, confident now that she is not one lone wolf facing two, and chuffs again.

Svítaní then looked at her sister, and nodded as she listened to what she said. Reigi was no wolf, but also dog. Svítaní respected wolfdogs like her and her sister, they were unique, and she wouldn't harm one. Soon, they had been joined by another, a male, and the Czech Wolfdog flicked an ear at him, displaying no amusement.

"Anyways, where are you going?" Svítaní had then asked, taking on an actual friendly tone. "You smell of pups, shouldn't they be with you?" She had studied Reigi's scent to gather more information, and was able to smell pups.

The long and sloping head turns as she hears a male voice parrot her sister's words. He poses a knife-like question, and even though it is not completely directed at her, Jasny frowns. Its more of a micro-expression. It dissappears with the furtiveness and speed of which it had appeared. "We happen to know a fair bit about the kind, yes." she says, her voice pleasant. There is a beatific smile on her face, a child's smile, both parts gum and teeth.

She levels him with a look in her eyes and a tilted head which suggests something like would you happen to know much about those as well? would you? Upon closer inspection, one would find both sanity and insanity swimming in the depths of a liquid black pupil.
